Switch Nutrition Vitality Switch - 60 Serves - Mango Passionfruit

Love Vitality Switch. It’s expensive but when I run out I can definitely tell the difference. I take 1 scoop x 2 a day. It’s much cheaper through FBO and free express post is just amazing!!

Amazing taste, amazing energy lift

Before the vitality switch + arrived I thought it might just be good for adding to smoothies but it tastes pleasant enough on it's own, just in water. I try to have a glass most days and feel I do get a lift in energy on the days I drink it. The murky green colour may be off putting to some but the benefits override that for me.

Chocolate is not great - accidentally ordered it

Previously used the mango passion fruit flavour which is great. Accidentally ordered chocolate and it’s awful… like watered down, peppery chocolate which dm doesn’t quite mask the mixture of what the powder is made up of. Will try to get through it but I will likely give up and have to reorder the mango passion fruit again.

Closest thing to AG1 but tastes better

I bought AG1 but didn't really like the flavour. This was the closest thing I could find and it tastes amazing. I bought the green apple flavour, I think its called granny smith.

Fabulous

Granny Smith Apple, how could I say no! Tastes like it and no grassy taste either. I now can finally have supergreens without dreading the taste. Has all of the good supplements to support your gut too. Feeling less bloated and no uncomfortable stomach pains either. Highly recommended

Great taste perfect for stacking

I love the idea of this product, especially as I can’t tolerate whey, this gives all the aminos of whey protein without the calories or the pain!It stacks so well with pre workout and Adrenal Switch post workout. Recovery is so much better on Amino Switch and I’ve also noticed more efficient muscle building compared to when not using and following the same meal and training plans.Lemonade is great when stacking and wild raspberry stacks well also but is great on its own. Added bonus, Switch don’t add colours!!

Gross 🤮

Accidentally selected the chocolate flavour instead of the green apple and it’s so yuck! Like worst than when you add hot water instead of milk to make a hot chocolate! Wish I could return it!!

Loving it

I'm really enjoying having this drink as part of my morning routine. I have a scoop of it with a serving of creatine while I'm getting my breakfast ready, and I feel like it sets me up really well for the day. It's difficult to know exactly how much benefit I'm getting from taking it, but starting the day with something with this many nutrients in it feels like a positive step that makes me want to keep going with eating well!

Re-think recovery

I've always loved a tasty protein shake after a workout. I would blend them with almond milk, go ham and consider it a 'treat' for all my hard work back at the gym. Switch Vitality

Great product that really is producing results. I have dropped slightly less than 5kg of water retention in two weeks since using it. A number of reviews slandered the taste and I had some concerns but the taste is actually okay (strawberry kiwi) and is easily consumed in the morning alongside my regular protein shake without feeling bloated. I definitely recommend this product and especially right now that it is on special - about to place an order - very satisfied customer!!
