My 2013 Ram 1500 truck had LED bulbs that were not designed for the headlamps, and they were going dim over time. I needed replacement incandescent bulbs that were bright as we have heavy rain and sometimes the lines on the road are difficult to see. These bulbs are great for PNW driving in rain, at night. I have not experienced any glare issues from wet roads. They also managed to improve the brightness when I switch on high beams. I will be replacing other headlamps in our other cars with these bulbs.

Been running these for 2 winters and 1 summer, all weather really early days - long commutes.Way past their life/hour expectancy and warranty.Great illumination all weather, starting to dim a bit so new set going in this spring.A bit too white for heavy blowing snow, but that doesn’t happen every day and bad vis to start so can’t complain. WAY BETTER THAN LED’S IN THE SNOWDon’t touch the bulbs with bare fingers while handling and they will last.People that don’t find them white or brighter need to polish or get new headlight lenses.

Sylvania is the brand most of my friends and family buy when they need new lights for the vehicles. With all the commercials and talk, I would think this brand would be a stable brand. While the line of sight is good, the brightness is pretty good, and the ease of installation is great, they do not last. I have purchased the same 2 pack of H11 bulbs 6 times in 2 years. I thought might vehicle might be the problem, but I have had the car checked at the dealership, and they claim there is nothing wrong with the voltage or the wiring going to the headlamps. Changing headlight bulbs every 4-7 months is not something I like, but I'm unsure as to buy anything else.

I tested them on backroads where I found I could actually see fine without high beams . With high beams , I also replaced with same type and now everything is the same color, looks nice and more effective. Iv seen the one con that they don't last long, if that's the case then save receipts and you get a year warranty on them from company. If they don't last longer than a year or two, then that's a huge factor of rebuying. For longest life , make sure to wear "clean" gloves and try not to touch the bulb on you or anything while installing , oils from hands or car , can instantly or significantly lessens the life of any bulb, Especially LED type.

I spent the extra money thinking it would be a better and brighter bulb. Instead the brightness is less than the regular halogen bulbs. I can barely see at night! It's horrible. I have to drive with my high beams on to see. I've troubleshooted and everything but the bulbs are on par. The parts store will not take them back so I'm at loss. Sylvania bulbs do not last . I was replacing my bulb that I had less than a year.
Installed on my 2013 Toyota Tacoma 4.0 fog lamps to match my headlight bulbs Silverstar Ultra whiter light, got it on promotion with CT money back, would recommend using these brands, very bright and very useful in a dark road highway as it widened your view from side to side. Looking into the lights, they are colored white which is a nice updated version from my yellow one, however, when driving it looks more like a combination of white and yellow, which I don't mind. I am hoping it will last as I don't see any warranty on the package. Cheers!
I added a 1-star review about 2 moths ago about this product being mismatch color & brightness, and one of the H11 bulbs burning out after only a few months. Customer service reached out to me shortly after about getting them replaced (I also submitted a warranty claim at the same time). And offered to replace the old bulbs free of charge. The Replacements are much more consistent in color and brightness. We'll see how long they last. One note, as quick as customer service was to reach out to me initially about getting me a replacement. There was no follow up or tracking info on when the replacements would arrive. Which was 2 weeks after I replied to confirm my mailing address. Which is why this is not a 5 -star update, averaging my two reviews to a total of 2-stars.
i bought the high beams and low beams for my 2012 GMC Sierra 8 months ago. After 4 months, the low beams had to be replaced about 2 weeks apart. I bought new H11 Ultras thinking it was a bad set of bulbs. NOT the case. 2 weeks ago i replaced the left low beam. today the right. these bulbs are not worth the $50 plus to have to replace every 4 months. Just to let you know i have changed the wire harness and use gloves to handle these bulbs. i love how bright they are but not worth the hassle to replace every few months
