Something to sniff at? It's hard to imagine how we get through a normal day without tissues. We don't give them a second thought, but it still troubles me how much paper is consumed for tissues globally through the year. There are some interesting thoughts from Bunchland in my article... https://bunch. woolworths. com. au/article/10004496/Sniffle-issuesThis pack of tissues is at the lower budget end of the range at Woolies. the tissues seem only vaguely better quality than Woolies cheaper Essentials tissues priced at 0. 95c a box. Overall, though, the tissues are small, thin and sure to give you a bright red nose during a bad cold with over-frequent use. There are more choices in the tissue market if you are looking for "differently-sourced" product that has increased environment-friendliness. These tissues seem to come from overseas and packed in Australia. The paper is from a "responsible source". I'm sure that the old hanky will never return, but could we do a bit better today than this mysteriously sources white paper product???

Good value for $5 for 3 boxes. I bought these to save some money on the budget at three boxes for $5 they are the best value per tissue I could buy. A lot of tissues get used in our house and no one has complained about my changing to this brand. If I had a flu where I was using heaps of tissues for a couple of days in a row I think maybe then I would want something a bit softer (maybe the Aloe ones) but for everyday use these ones are fine and cheaper. Worth a go if you are on a budget and with a family.

Good Value. These are great value for a family. The pack has 3 boxes with 228 2 ply tissues in each. With winter sniffles around lots of tissues are being used by the little members of the family. So these are great. The tissues are quite soft. A little thinner than some of the name brands, but they still do the job.. Box is recyclable Paper from responsible sources Australian owned company. Packed in Australia from local and imported materials

Hours of entertainment. We don’t use tissues in our house as I’ve made hankies from old sheets in a bid to reduce our waste, so when I discovered my sample was a 3 pack of tissues I was a bit disappointed at first. Then I remembered a game I had used to have and loved playing growing up, Thin Ice. I decided to make our own version of the game using an old plastic pot, which I cut to make the base, and an embroidery hoop to hold the tissues, which I found in my craft stash. The kids take turns placing wet marbles on the tissue until it eventually breaks and they fall through the “ice”. We started out using 2 tissues as I thought 1 would break too quickly, but they proved to be a lot stronger than I initially thought and just 1 tissue lasts long enough for a fun game. ... MoreHours of entertainment. Looking forward to having many hours of fun playing this game with my kids until we eventually run out of tissues and my embroidery hoop goes back to actually being used for embroidery. For personal use when sick these aren’t all that great as they’re not very soft.
Not My First Choice. I normally buy the Woolworths Essential Facial Tissues at $0. 95 a box so I was interested in trying this sample to see if there was a difference. I haven't noticed these at my local Woolworths back in Melbourne but I'm currently on holiday in Queensland and I happened to find them by chance when I was looking in the haircare section at the Woolworths at Pacific Fair. The first thing I noticed was that the prints were nice and would suit any home. The tissues themselves were good and were great to have on hand for everyday messes like wiping dirty faces, cleaning up spills and the occasional blowing of your nose. I did read previous reviews noting that the tissues were rough and I would have to agree. Whenever we have colds, I don't mind ... MoreNot My First Choice. I did read previous reviews noting that the tissues were rough and I would have to agree. Whenever we have colds, I don't mind spending that little bit extra and always buy tissues with aloe vera because no one likes a dry, red nose. If you wanted tissues for everyday use with a more modern packaging then I would recommend these but at $4 for 3 boxes, they do work out to be more expensive especially since other name brand tissues often come on sale at $1 a box.
Reliable soft, great value, will save you plenty coin. We found these 2 ply Symphony tissues to be soft, kept their shape, didn’t ripe when removing from packet. They are low lint, while being gentle and soft to use on noses.... is just like all other 2ply tissue. And found them to be reliable, quick and handy to grab for any spills. They are easy to use, just pull them out one by one from the top. Each box has a different decoratively designed to easily suit any decor;1. Marbled design 2. Aztec design 3. Herringbone design. In this multi value packet you get 3 x boxes, which will save plenty coin overtime, this value pack works out at $1. 33 per box. Does what it needs to do... These tissues come at a very decent price at $4 for 3 standard size boxes and are FSC certified!PackagingThe first thing that stood out to me is that this value pack of 3 boxes is wrapped in plastic and I didn't like it. I get that it is a value pack, but why not offer individual boxes at a slightly higher price and still offer 3 boxes for $4? As other reviewers have stated and while not a deal breaker for me personally, the design on the boxes isn't very appealing either. The box itself is very functional, just like any other tissue box and the tissues are dispensed very easily. Does The Job. As a regular consumer of tissues I was pleased to able to try the Symphony 228 3 pack, RRP $4. They did the job pretty well on a hay fever suffering nose as well as around the house. However, I normally buy the Woolies Essential 224 pack which is 95 cents a box. I couldn’t tell the difference between the two. I’ll most likely stay with the Essential Woolies brand as it’s cheaper & I don’t always need to buy 3 boxes in one go. The pluses for this product is that it’s sourced responsibly & the box is recyclable. The minus is that it’s completely wrapped in plastic. I imagine a recyclable ribbon to secure the boxes together might be a good idea.
Budget friendly, sturdy tissue, not as soft as my favourite. Happy to see that the product is made from responsibly sourced materials. The price is unbeatable, it's handy to have a bulk pack option. The designs on the cardboard boxes are relatively subtle and non offensive, which is pleasing. The tissues are non scented, white, a good thickness, sturdy, not as soft as the brand that I usually buy. As some other bunchees have said - good for blowing your nose a couple of times through the day but would avoid if you had a cold or hay fever. The packaging was practical, tissues came out easily without any digging needed. Easy to find in store. Good household product, but would prefer to buy what I usually do.
Average but not comparable with my usual brand. I usually only buy Kleenex or Quilton tissues so I am comparing this product against well known branded products. First the packaging - unfortunately very uninspiring. I found the box print quite boring compared to my usual puppies, kittens or floral boxes that I buy. I also always buy hypo-allergenic or Aloe Vera tissues to ensure softness and to reduce irritation when using, particularly as my partner suffers very bad allergies or if one of us has a cold. In relation to the tissue itself, not as soft as my usual products either. On a positive Symphony tissues are made by an Australian owned company and they are packed in Australia from local and imported materials.
