We use two locks are a storage bin available to several people. Unfortunately these locks are too easy to accidentally change the combo without realising it. Perhaps they are fine if only one person will use the lock occasionally. Can't recommend as we've had to replace all four now.

Very loose dials and accidentally knocked the dials taking the lock off for the first time and locked but put my code in and now can’t open it - now useless and can’t work out the the accidentally code locked in

Awful lock. I gave this one the benefit of the doubt and thought I’d save a few dollars from the name brand. The locking bolt only sits into the shackle by about a millimeter or less. Seems like you could easily prise it open and even the instructions say any attempt to open it will break the lock.
I only just bought it. Out of interest I tried to see if I could decode it - I am not a locksmith so I don't have a great amount of skill at that, but it was trivial. Also, after trying to reset it I can no longer open it after resetting, so it is broken. I have noted there is another review indicating the same fault.
very cheap and nasty product. the number dials are very loose and the first time it opened up I accidentally knocked the numbers when it was in reset position and cant open it again.
