This could have been a nice machine. But the new policy of Synology about vendor lock hard drives is unfair.I already own 4 rackstations with 80 hard disks. Using Synology drives instead of Seagate Exos Enterprise drives means to threw up 10 000 $ or more.Dell plays that sort of limitation more than ten years ago and it was my main reason to move to Synology.
