Systane hydration PF eye drops is the best eye lubricant I’ve ever used. It hydrated my eyes the moment you dropped it. What a soothing relaxing medicating feelings. From then on this the only lubricant eye drops that I buy and use. I did recommend this too to my relatives and friends. Thank you Systane Hydration PF. 5 stars for your quality effectiveness etc.

Only used once, so my opinion is regarding the bottle. Reviews were confusing, so here’s the deal… The cap unscrews from the bottle like any plastic water bottle - the plastic seal breaks easily when you twist the first time. The top of the bottle IS different, and I can see how it might be harder to “aim” than other eye drops, but I didn’t have any problems. At first reading I was confused by, “After use, shake the bottle downward to remove residual product that may be left on the tip” but this probably is second nature for guys! :) Hope this clarifies.

I recently had cataract surgery on both eyes and needed lubricating eye drops to hydrate and ease that scratchy feeling without adversely affecting the surgery. I am also very sensitive to preservatives. The Systane PF Hydration drops worked great for me. Will continue to use.
