Additionally, if you must use eye drops daily, the common preservative used is benzalkonium chloride (aka BAK). This compound exacerbates dry eye discomfort and can, over time, cause eye damage.With all the contaminants in the air today, I must use drops daily, so I only use Systane vials. And if you put them in the refrigerator for Summer, they are very soothing. Even if you don't have dry-eye, these drops are great preventative protection for your eyes.

This is a great product that works really well. First drops (different type) that I used for about 6 months did not solve my dry eye issues. My dr said I would need to use them several more times each day. So I switched to this Systane Hydration PF and these work great. For my dry eyes, I’m only using them 2-3 times per day and dr says my eyes look much much better. Eyes always feel great when I use them and I feel like the hydration lasts a long time.

I have very severe dry eyes because of glaucoma. My eyes burn and water a lot. The Systane Hydration PF eye drops are very soothing to my irritated eyes and helps the dry ness. I have bought these several times and will continue to do so. They are a little pricey, but are worth it. This box of 2 bottles usually last me almost a month, but because of the severity of my dryness I have to use them 3 or 4 times a day. I highly recommend.

I’ll be quick %26 to the point — I’ve had aggravating allergies %26 problems with dry eyes for atleast 15 years. Rewetting drops have always been BARE MINIMUM but the past couple years these new brands have blown my mind at how well they work. I found this brand and will not deter unless quality drops bc wow. I got these to keep in my diaper bag bc I tend to “lose them” when I take a whole bottle out — especially if a friend tries them. The hydration drops are my fave right now but I def switch it up %26 definitively keep 2-3 diff kinds at all times. Same brand, just different products. Worth every penny %26 I’d probably pay double!
Systane Eye Drops are soothing for my eyes. I have dry eyes so the eye doctor recommended Systane to moisten my eyes. He told me my eyes were “running” because they were dry, then they start moistening themselves. So these Systane eye drops helps relieve the “sand-like” feeling. Try this preservative free product. I only needed to use these drops twice a day for all day comfort. The only issue I had was getting the dropper to work. I can see that it may be difficult for some people with dexterity issues. The Systane eyedrops do what they are supposed to! They immediately soothed my dry eyes, and they didn't sting my eyes. I love that they are preservative free, as an eye doctor told me that it's the preservatives that cause irritation and stinging.The only thing I didn't like was the bottle design which is different than a standard eye drop bottle. You have to squeeze a drop out before using and the drops are large, and it took me a few tries to get drops in my eyes instead of all over my face! After use, the bottle is supposed to be tipped down, so any excess falls off. I suppose this is to keep the drops inside the bottle uncontaminated, but it seems like a waste of product.
Out of all of the eye wetting drops I have tried, this one did the trick! I only had to put one drop in both eyes, and they stayed moist for hours! These weren't red eye relief, which would have been the cherry on top, but they definitely did what they were intended to do. So keep in mind, if you're looking for something to get rid of red eyes, this wouldn't be for you, but for all other purposes, I approve! I had something stuck in my eye that, for the life of me, I just couldn't find or remove. I flushed my eye with this and voila! It was instantly relieved. Will definitely purchase in the near future!
