This is probably not the typical review for this product, but here goes... My dog suffers from dry eye in one of her eyes. The eye is basically non-functional, and it no longer produces tears. She constantly has problems with discharge and infection in this eye. I think this product has significantly improved the discomfort she has been experiencing, and she figured that out pretty quickly.

These drops have been my go-to for years now. They’re effective and don’t seem to make eye dryness worse, which other brands have done. When it comes to the different options that Systane sells, I’m not sure if this product is actually any better or worse than the ones that are labeled “COMPLETE” because the ingredients seem similar, but more importantly, I don’t notice a difference in function between the two types. I prefer the small dropper bottle to the individually packed ampules as well because those usually have product that gets wasted. Overall, these are great and last awhile, and I’ll continue to buy and recommend this brand.

I noticed that the consistency of these drops were thicker then the other drops that I tried, the gel worked more effectively for me. As soon as I put the drops in my eyes I felt immediate relief and the tearing subsided. It's terrible to have dry eyes It feels like there are grains of sand in them every time you blink. As I mentioned the gel formula is a thicker consistency so make sure if you decide to try this particular brand that you get the gel drops.. If you experience dry eye or constant tearing i highly recommend this product. But of course you should always check with your doctor and get a proper diagnosis before starting any treatment. I was recommended by my optometrist to use these gel drops by Systane along with my regular eye drops. From overwearing my contacts I had caused 90% of the veins in my eyeballs to start coming to the surface from lack of oxygen, causing severe red and dry eyes. I was miserable. But after using these drops twice a day for about two weeks I had gone back to my optometrist's office for a follow-up where he told me that my eyes were 99% back to normal! For anyone suffering with severe dry eyes please don't hesitate to buy this product! It's definitely worth the price!

I have dry eye and use these in combination with RX drops. It leaves a film on my lashes so I use prior to washing face, shower as everyday a.m, p.m. routine. The gel blurs vision for few mins then leaves eyes feeling refreshed and lubricated. Approved by my corneal specialist ophthalmologist

The brand Systane has been a part of my morning and nightly ritual since approximately 1980. I continue to use it twice daily every day. Sam’s Club has the Ultra version which works very well to moisten my dry eyes, which also suffer from Fuch’s Corneal Dystrophy. I highly recommend Systane Ultra if you have dry eyes.

They don’t have zero star otherwise I will give them zero. I just order 3 days back and got my package today. When I open it it’s expired 3 months back. It’s worst experience from this seller as wells as from Walmart online order. Never prefer to get from this seller. Walmart has to band from Walmart platform. This seller is not deserving this Walmart platform. Walmart did biggest mistake to this seller.
