When I first received these pans, I was confused as to why they didn’t have handles. In theory, this is a genius idea because you save so much room in your cupboards because these pans stack so much better. I see several issues with this. One, there are only 2 handles included. If you cook like me, you’re definitely using more than 2 pans at a time on the stove. Two, the handles click on but that doesn’t mean they they aren’t a bit wobbly. I have really enjoyed my experience so far with this cookware. I have cooked several dishes using this set and all the food cooked nicely. I will say that it did take some time to get used to not having a handle on the pan while cooking but, that is a minor inconvenience. The innovative design is certainly clever and does what it is supposed to do in saving storage space. I can see this cookware set being great for someone in a small apartment or perhaps for us in an RV. I love that you can prepare a dish ahead of time and cover it up, cook the dish, put the cover on that dish when done, and put in the refrigerator. It’s great not to have to dirty up an extra storage container. Overall, I love the concept of this cookware set and would recommend it to others.

The pots are a beautiful color, a deep Royal blueCooking: my first round of bacon didn’t stick. When I use my copper pots the bacon normally stick with the first round. Outside of pan is hot but not super hot. Oil usually flies out my pan but with these pans, oil didn’t fly out as much due to the pan being flat but slightly raised on the side. The cooking doesn’t seem as hot as my copper pans. But does cook my bacon throughly and at a nice steady rate. second round of bacon heated the pan up more with the wetness. Fits a lot of bacon. (I cut my bacon in halves). I washed the grease out of the pan almost instantly, the grease didn’t sizzle supper hard. Also the bacon residue came off with a quick rinse. I just received these pots and while I picked it knowing it didn't come with a couple frying pans, it is still dissapointing to me that I'll have to buy two seperate frying pans that don't match the set. Because they don't have them in this line. It also is a major bummer that the handles are not built so that you can leave them on the pots you're using. You have to detach even while they sit on the stove. I feel like that is going to scratch the heck out of them and I'm going to have to hound my family to remove the handles, everytime they use the pots. That will get old fast... The set only comes with 3 lids too, so not all pots with this set get a lid.... Three stars removed for each problem listed (minus the family hounding)... This is the best cookware set I’ve owned. I like that it is easy to use and store. I think it’s neat to have detachable handles. Per the manual it is recommended to not use while pan is hot and only to move the pan. The stack nicely on top of each other which helps save space for other kitchen gadgets. I like that you can go from stove to oven. It comes with storage lids to use once the pan has cooled down. This has helped make it clean up easy since I don’t have to transfer to a different container. The nonstick is wonderful and the heat distributed evenly throughout the pots and pans on my electric stove. I absolutely enjoy using the small wok style pan for several of my dishes. I highly recommend these to anyone who enjoys cooking!

This system is using induction heating making it easy to cook food evenly throughout the entire pan. This system includes 2 smaller saucepans which are also great for casserole, 2 frypans (one small and one large), a 3.5qt sautepan, and it even has a wok pan. And lastly the lids that are included are used for storage or draining vegetables etc. But what if I need to simmer and need a lid? This system doesn't have one that can be used while in the process of cooking. All around overall this system is genius though, and I believe it would make a great addition to anyone's kitchen, especially for people with less space to store pans. This would be great for anyone with a passion for cooking and also for people with less living space and storage in there cupboards.
