After the recommendation from a friend, I had to purchase the Canberra breakfast tea! It is fantastic and my go-to morning breakfast tea every day! It is also great with oat milk to enhance the oat-iness of the inspired biscuit!

I nice tasting delicious tea. A great tea for those who like the taste of Anzec biscuits. Love the taste and it's one of my favourite teas. I like the loose leaf as I can make it a bit stronger if I want to. It does not come in large bags which is a shame. It's not a strong caffeine drink which I like. Great tea for the morning or afternoon.

It’s a nice well rounded tea and something different for tea connoisseurs. Personally, I don’t reach for it much because it’s just not ‘my cup of tea’. But it’s definitely someone else’s. If you love the flavour of coconut in your tea this is a good one.

Helps get me going in the morning. Delicious with milk. Yes it tastes a little like ANZAC biscuits (and yes I dunk ANZAC biscuits into my Canberra Breakfast tea!! And then my husband steals a biscuit & dunks that into my tea too!!)
I first tried T2 Canberra Breakfast Tea while visiting Canberra this year. WOW! Love it! Unfortunately I live in regional NSW and the nearest T2 store is too far away - thank goodness for the online T2 store! I took advantage of a free shipping promotion and also got 10% off my order when I joined the T2 Tea Society! I think Canberra Breakfast Tea will always have a place in my tea collection. Thank you T2!
Just love Canberra breakfast tea and so does my daughter. She’s working overseas at the moment and we’re heading over to visit her. Taking some Canberra breakfast tea over for her to remind her of home, but also as gifts as a little memento from the rellies Canberra! The tin is gorgeous!
This tea is like tasting comfort and warm hugs in a cup. I love how the blend of the oats and coconut really do make this taste like an Anzac biscuit and gives a unique 'Australian' taste. I enjoy having mine with a bit of honey and vanilla soy, it tastes divine! Occasionally, I also like to mix this with New York Breakfast or the Rose petals; it makes another lovely blend. Overall, my favourite tea in the T2 range!
Why is this wonderful, flavoursome tea called Canberra Breakfast? Do not ask, simply brew, pour, sip and enjoy! But since you asked, take a long smooth mouthful, close your eyes and you would swear you can taste an Anzac biscuit. That's when it all falls into place, and the answer stands revealed. Enriching, ever so slightly coconutty, innocently addictive, and quite okay to drink on not just Anzac Day, but Remembrance Day, and any other day of the year. Have it with some freshly baked Anzac biscuits, and you've reached nirvana. Find your nearest T2 store and buy some Canberra Breakfast tea. Tell 'em Scomo sent you.
My partner and I tried this tea while browsing the Newtown store. We're hooked! I have spent every morning this week getting up 10mins early to brew and fill a couple of flasks of tea for him and I (he's on the road while I'm in an office) to enjoy over the day.I brew it similar to the way I enjoyed it at the store - half water, half vanilla soy with a tablespoon of honey (really, I dump the leaves into a saucepan with a flask-worth of water, then when that boils, I turn the heat down and add a flask-worth of the soy milk and heat until the first bubbles form, then strain into the flasks).PLEASE T2, can you introduce larger packs and make them permanent? This tea is the BEST!
I ordered this tea online without having tried it first because there were lots of raving reviews for it. When I first opened the package, it smelt of a delicious Christmas pudding – boozy, syrupy, floral and fruity. Once brewed, the coconut and oat flavour stood out a bit more. It is a nice tea and certainly reminiscent of an ANZAC biscuit. The only thing I am a little disappointed with is I couldn't taste the rose, so maybe that could be amped up a little more.
