They told me that it worked so I took it home and tried it the way the store said. It still does not work.

We needvto send this back for a return and refund. After only 1 week of light usage, two large cracks appeared either side of the electrical unit. This was very underwhelming with ill children. How can I get this replaced?

I purchased this product over a month ago and have already purchased the previous older model and have been more than happy with both products. This new shape is great as it is stable and with its modern design I will continue to buy this brand. Good price too. I purchased online this time round and delivery turnaround time was very fast and efficient.

I brought this yesterday and used it once. It did not work as expected. I should have known when this was the only one available when all other humidifiers had been brought. This last 20 hours as the stream that comes out is very poor, I don't have a big bedroom yet this did nothing to the air. It produces steam like the smoke from a small candle. Please try another product
Itâs a bit bulky but very stable vaporiser because the base is specially designed to be very wide, which wonât be accidentally knocked down.Turned on before sleeping and it can sustain through the night even to the morning time. Itâs not noisy, which I like very much and itâs a point which makes it superior compared to other humidifier eg sonic humidifier.One thing to notice is better to refill/drain it after it has been plugged out and have turned completely cool, because otherwise the leftover droplets near the steam outlet can instantly turn into steam which can cause burn. Recommended although donât know why the first machine that I got is faulty after 2 daysâ use and I have to exchange for a new one, which lasted.
Great Vapouriser and is used with its own fluid or with any other fluid like Vicks, Euky bear. This is my second Taav Vapouriser and it helps the kids so much when they have a sore throat, chesty cough or blocked nose. The best investment a parent can make with little ones and bigger ones đ
After 2 uses the part that submerges into the water, its internals are all rusty. Avoid if you have a choice. Also the steam stops coming out after the water runs low and the light turns off, however the heating component stays on resulting in a slight burning smell until you unplug it.
Hardly any steam. Instructions do not state to put a tablet in there. I put in recommended amount of the recommended eucalyptus stuff. Couldnât hardly smell anything The room itâs in is 4x4 metres. Product is a waste of money
Unfortunately the new design doesn't admit as much steam into the air as the previous design by TAAV. This would be better in a small room. The previous unit would keep the room warm, with condensation on the windows the next morning. They have however, made it easier clean with detachable parts and safter for people injuring themselves with a low base. Wouldn't recommend.
The product worked really well it helped ease my symptoms however please bare in mind that you must keep the room well ventilated otherwise you run the risk of developing mould! My room became very humid and developed lots of black mould which made me even sicker.
