This re seating tool is absolutely rubbish the cutter on it isn't even flat it tapers in do is never going to leave a flat seat, the thread on it doesnt even screw into the fitting straight therefore making the the cut not center and on an angle, i honestly do no know how a company makes such a terrible product and are able to sell it in a franchise like bunnings, it is an absolute joke.

Fine for the odd use but DO NOT force it!.A few people have said that it left chatter marks or started breaking up.This isn't the products fault you are just trying to cut too quickly or not keeping it upright enough.Is it a Pro product? No way. But does it do the job for a handyman that knows how to use it? 100%
I purchased this tool to reseat a leaking shower tap, I was surprised that it actually worked for this amount of money. The only thing I can add is that it requires a fair bit of force to keep the cone in place while cutting the seat.
Excellent quality tool. It does take a little skill to use it properly. I'm delighted with the results. Value is 5 stars. The only suggestion is to add a quality case to store the tool in. Otherwise it's faultless.
You get what you pay for.This is not a trade tool. But if you go slow, steady and check as you go. It does the job nicely. I’d recommend it for anyone who knows what their doing.
This item should not be sold from Bunnings. Bits of the steel cutting edges were breaking off and nearly destroyed the tap seat I was working on. The tap seat ended up not flat any more and had gouges. Please stop selling this one!!!
I wasn't sure it would fix my leaking taps that kept dripping after 4 times changing the washers, but I was amazed how effective the tool shaved the seater that had a visible deep dent at the base. So pleased
It did an awesome job for the price point, it cut very well.
