I have an HP Envy which I purchased from JB less than a year ago. Unfortunately I bent the charging pin in the charger it came supplied with. I realised I could charge the laptop via USB-C and raced into JB to find a compatible charger! The Targus APA104 is a great size for travel, does what it is supposed to and comes with two additional USB ports so that I can also charge my phone and watch at the same time, from the same plug.

When it comes to portable Type-C chargers that can run a laptop it takes the cake. Reasonably priced and from a trust worthy brand, and backed by a warranty makes this a no-brainer, but what other Type-C charger not only has a USB-A port for your phone, but can also have a detachable Two pin connector? This makes is super ideal for international travel (when that can resume) and for being able to plug into even small and hard to access power sockets. This was actually my main reason for buying this as most other options chose to have the transformer as part of the socket plug.Good overall product and runs my Asus G14 when doing light to medium workloads, and charge my phone while I'm at it.
I can loading my Chromebook again. And it's quicker than the original.
Cable automatically loosens and stops charging devices after an hour or so and has to be detached and reattached to start working again
I bought this in a rush when the 5 day lockdown was announced in Melbourne as I left my laptop charger in the office over the weekend. It's worked exactly as expected so far and it's useful to have a second USB-A port for charging my other devices simultaneously.
Cable has to be repeatedly disconnected and reconnected in order to start working. Will charge for an hour or so (even while not touching the cable or devices) before having to be reconnected again
