The first one I bought, the zip to the laptop sleeve snagged on the lining and tore it, making leading to the zip snagging every time I tried to use it. I replaced it the day after and the teeth opened on the closed side. Not overfilled, used half a dozen times.The design is cool and I appreciate how lightweight it is, particularly as it has a padded sleeve for laptops. I do wish that the zippers went all the way around on the main pocket as they currently seem half-committed to both modes of carry instead of being fully useful in either mode. All of this is null though, as I haven't managed to have one last a day.Better off buying one of the cheaper bags Officeworks offers. The shoulder strap stitching might come loose over a year or so (this was my experience ...
