Thrilled with my Tasmanian honey. I have it on toast in the morning, in my coffee during breaks and at night a slice of toast with butter and honey and I sleep like a log.
I never tried to eat Christmas Bush Honey before.I bought it for the first time, my husband likes it very much.He eats toast with Christmas Honey and avocado every morning.He says Christmas Honey has less moisture and more floral flavor than other honey. It’s a real honey.^^
This is a delicious light honey - a beautiful contrast to the much earthier and stronger leatherwood. My wife and I are happy with both products and will continue ordering from Natonic. Despite the fact we live in Winnipeg Canada (halfway around the world from Natoinic) their products are first class and arrive quickly and exceedingly well-packaged. My only complaint is that these product are so good that we end up giving them to friends as gifts and soon have none left for ourselves?
Of course you would expect floral tones it is a honey afterall ..... the flavours of Bursaria spinosa (Christmas bush) are wonderfully intense. A unique taste. I tried this honey at my mate's house, and right away I recorded the details of this product. As soon as I got home, I purchased 2 tins and recieved the item in 3 working days. It is so nice to have with Turkish bread and ricotta cheese.
This is an amazing honey, distinctive taste. Whole family enjoyed it and ask for more....yum
