With the Qi10 Max, the miss hits are less likely to go tree line. Don't get me wrong, they're not center fairway, but in the rough is far better than in the trees.

I have played only two rounds with this club. I am a high handicapper and 78 years old. I hit 3 par three greens with this club and all were high and soft landing yesterday. As I gain experience with the Max Rescue I am building confidence that my game will improve.

I tried the Qi10Max 3 wood in a golf shop. When I got to the range and hit through my bag I continue to see the gaps with clubs. I dont need a 3 wood. No longer able to hit my long irons 5,4,3. I did get a 7 wood but the Qi10, 5 rescue I can use in rough and situations where 5/4 are low probability. Now I can take 2 clubs out and replace them with the 5.
I purchased this hybrid/rescue as a 6 iron replacement (option). Sometimes I prefer to carry an extra hybrid and leave the traditional iron in my trunk. I purchased the club with a Fujikura Speeder shaft with senior flex. Overall, this is a light club and easy to hit. It does not produce distance improvement over a traditional 6 iron (I currently play the Qi HL irons) but the larger head can be a confidence booster depending upon course conditions.
This club is what started me down the path of ultimately getting a qi10 max driver and 3 wood. I struggle with my 5 iron and this club has been a life saver. I can really get the ball off the ground with some good distance. I can consistently hit this hybrid really well.
11 handicap. I swing driver at 95. My 7i carry is 155. The 5 hybrid covers 165-175 yard approach shots with a higher launch and softer landing than my 5i or 6i. The head is bigger than my Sim 2 max 3 and 4 hybrids. It seems more forgiving as well. It gives me more confidence on longer approaches than I had with an iron. If you struggle with longer irons, I highly recommend considering a hybrid instead.
I put the Qi10 Max 6 Rescue with 31 degrees of loft. I can hit the club 170 yards with great height on the shot. It is super forgiving and has a great sound at impact. The acoustics of a club have always been important to me and Taylormade golf clubs never disappoint! The Qi10 Max Rescue is a real weapon in the bag.
This is an excellent club. Does bridge the distance between a high iron and 5 wood. I average 150 - 175 yards with great height. Qi10 technology at its best. Straight shots.
