The TaylorMade Spider GT Notchback putter is the most classically shaped member of the new Spider family. A lightweight 6061 aluminium body combines with heavy dual-tungsten weights on the outside (heel-toe) for stability, forgiveness and distance control. For the first time, TaylorMade have implemented heavy tungsten stability bars (172g) that strategically wrap around the back and side of the putter for added forgiveness and stability. The new firmer co-molded insert, manufactured of black TPU urethane with silver aluminium beams at a 45° angle designed to improve topspin across the face. Fitted as standard with the newly engineered TaylorMade Fluted Feel putter shaft with a softer section located 5" from the tip, intently designed to enhance feel, increase stability and improve dispersion, along with the SuperStroke GT 1.0 Black/Red grip.
