It all started last summer when I asked my golf instructor (at Golf Galaxy) if he thought that I should add a 7 wood to my bag. He answered in the affirmative and I bought a Stealth. In late February I bought a Stealth 2+. I liked it so much since it helped me with distance that I bought a 3 wood. Looking at my bag, I then decided to fill it out with a Stealth 5 wood. Each and every Stealth fairway wood has helped me to that the ball further than I have ever hit the ball. Balls fly straighter and I finally can hit my 3 wood off the turf. Great clubs!!!

Didn't take long to realize I made the right decision purchasing this club. The 3 wood has always been a difficult club for me to hit clean. Went out for a quick 9 holes the same day this bad boy arrived. No practice on the range, no hitting on a sim, just put it in my bag and went to play a round with $ on the line with friends. Pulled it out of my bag on a par 5 from 254 yards out, which is typically just out of reach for any 3 wood shot i've hit. Told my buddy right before hitting "I shouldn't be hitting this club i haven't even taken a swing yet" and about 5 seconds later I hit just about the cleanest 3 wood shot of my life that trickled onto the front of the green. My friend just laughed and said "looks like you made the right purchase.....I need to go get one ... MoreDidn't take long to realize I made the right decision purchasing this club. Great weight to it, sleek and clean design, and most importantly it's forgiving but long. Great work TaylorMade.....i will be buying more stealth products.

Best club I ever bought. Replaced my little used four iron. Can hit it anywhere from 170 - 195. Even if I don’t hit it on the sweet spot, the ball still goes where I want it to. Looks great. Feels great. And the ball seems to jump off the face. Great in the fairway, and also enables me to dig it out of the rough. Technology is a wonderful thing. Getting the five wood next!

Great feel at impact. Increased clubhead speed. However, this came with the Fujikura 5R shaft. I've been swinging the Fujikura 6R shaft. Most of my shots with the new Stealth tend to fade right, so I need to modify my swing speed a bit to straighten them out. It's taking some adjustment. I bought the 3W high launch (really more of a 4W) and and a 7W. It is easier to launch shots with the slightly higher lofts, but the "whippiness" of the 5R shaft tends to be more geared to a senior swing speed, and I'm just not that old yet. Once I get adjusted I will probably replace my Sim 2 Max woods with these.
Recently purchased this club just to try it out. I immediately took it to the driving range and was hitting bombs with it from the mat. Then I used a short tee to see the ball flight and was pleased to see my little right to left draw. The high launch gives the ball a chance to land softly which is needed on the course. Playing with it on the course was I was extremely satisfied. I did put a mid-size grip on the club after my driving range session.
I was able to get the shaft and grip that I wanted but the head is not adjustable. I was very surprised at that. When striking the ball, especially off the fairway, the ball tends to fly higher than my old M-2 which cracked at the neck. The ball travels a little farther, can't really say since I've only played once with this club but it definitely fly's higher. (Three stars only because I paid more than other companies and the fact that the head is not adjustable). Otherwise it's five stars.
So far, so good. Played two rounds with my new 3 wood so far. Bought the senior flex for a little more forgiveness and 16.5 loft. Complimentary to my M6 driver. Feels good. I like the swing weight.
Looking to replace my years old 5 wood, (TaylorMade Burner). Hit multiple brands using Trackman technology, however the TaylorMade Stealth was far away the choice. With the same club head speed was gaining 10 to 20 yards compared to my old 5 wood and consistent hit pattern. Pretty sure I will leave the 3 wood in the bag and this club will be my go-to in the fairway. 70 year old senior golfer. A flex (senior shaft). Works for me!
Words can hardly describe how great these Stealth fairway woods are. I was hesitant on buying for the last 6 or so months, and finally went for it as my first 5 wood.I was aiming to gill the gap between my 4 hybrid and 3 wood and this fit the bill perfectly. Distance and forgiveness are top tier, and TaylorMade knows how to make a great feeling club. Strongly recommend this for anyway who wants a great, forgiving fairway wood.
Purchased 7 wood and a 9 wood in the original stealth heads. Got the 7 wood first to replace the gap between my 5 wood and 5 iron. It’s been the perfect number between the two and so much better than I could have ever asked for out of a 3 or 4 iron. Decided to try the 9 wood out after the success with 7 wood and the 9 has been absolutely heavenly. It is such a dream I’ve replaced my 5 iron with it and won’t ever look back. I’ve never been great with woods or a guy that carries many of them but this has made those longer distances so much fun to hit from. Never dreamed at a high swing speed of carrying either of these but it’s been game changing to say the least.
