TCL 40 SE 128GB/4GB Grey [CPO]- As New

I've heard of TCL as a brand that makes quality TVs but this is my first experience of one of their phones and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. The materials that the phone is made from feel very high quality and well made. The weight and balance of the phone in my hand feels good. The camera at 50mp is impressive, taking good pictures and very smooth video, and is very easy to use with the ai choosing the right settings. The 90hz screen refresh rate makes scrolling an enjoyable experience with no 'juddering' and helps with gaming. Screen size of 6.75" gives a good usable area without making the phone too big to handle. Battery life is good with the 5010mAh battery doing a great job of keeping the phone running throughout the day.

For the price, you can't go wrong with this phone. Operates smoothly, has a great 50mp camera and large clear display. The phone for my personal preference is a little too big. I love the backing which is a metallic blue colour - it's really unique! I think this is a good rival to the more expensive phones out there. Given it 4 stars due to the large size.

Im very impressed by this TCL phone. It is very powerful, has perfect display quality, camera and great sound quality. It is also very easy to use and setup, design is stylish and has a fantastic battery life! Highly recommended!

Having never heard of this brand I was a little uncertain as to how good this phone would be. It did surprise me a little though! It has lots of handy features and would do anyone well as a decent smartphone who doesn’t want to half to spend a lot.

I have been using a very expensive brand phone in the past years but since I got this phone made me realise that TCL is not inferior. Very happy with the quality, value of price, lightweight. The phone specifications are very good too. Camera is great!! So far so good.

So bad

Where to start. Brags of 8GB ram but only 1GB must work it's that slow. Even will notifications active it does not let you know on the screen if you get one ( ring, messages, Barclays etc.will not let you play online games as the processor is not up to the job. Won't let you import any ringtones or wallpapers from other apps. For some reason they have put the speaker in top of the phone which means you have to put the phone horizontal to hear any calls. I looked at the reviews giving this phone high scores, my bet is they work for the company because I would give this phone a zero if I could.
