Tears Naturale provides a solution to your dry eye problem. Tears Naturale is a good value tear drop with a long track record of helping people with mild dry eye or tear film deficiency. It contains two polymers, hypromellose 0.3% and dextran 70, for longer-lasting relief than hypromellose alone. To use, remove the top from the bottle, pull the lower lid out slightly with a finger or thumb and squeeze a drop of the solution into the gap between the eye and the eyelid.
