Since owning touch screen electric cooktops previously, I found temperamental and would accidentally turn themselves on, I went with a knob style cooktop instead. This product does not turn on without me doing so and I like how easy it is to use. Very easy to clean as most ceramic cooktops are. The silver knobs are a bit of an eyesore and would rather they were black. Overall happy with this affordable cooktop for a small kitchen.

Bought this together with oven and same problem did not work and it too almost five months for someone to come out and get it to work. It's working now but not 100% as they are still waiting for a part that was ordered. It's horrible!

Didnt realise you had to have exact d size pan on hot plate other wise doesnt continually heat. For a family you cant use a big pan without waiting for ages to heat.
Ive had this for 6 months or so now and held off reviewing until now. The cooking on this stove has been very good, heats up well and very good control of heat. The heating knobs feel quite sturdy unlike many complete touch stovetops around this price point. Does have a touch button to turn on and off but has worked fine thus far. The stovetop does show up heat marks a bit easier than other models Ive had but if you clean regularly with the cream and blade, stays looking quite slick.
Its good for light to medium cooking for small families. If you want to perform heavy duty cooking may not be the best optionThe power button is very sensitive, starts off even when cleaningI have to switch it off from the main power to care for the kids
I happened to have been unlucky and bought a faulty Cook Top unfortunately as the heat reduces to zero after 10 minutes of use. However, it is still under Warranty and I am receiving good customer service from Glen Dimplex Australia Pty Ltd. Hopefully, the Cook Top can be replaced soon with another one that has no faults.
Needed to replace the cooktop for a rental unit. The Technika 60cm cooktop looked great once installed. All 4 burners heated up quickly which is what you want. Delivery and installation by Good Guys was also great.
The silver knobs look good & I like when you turn the hotplates off it leaves a flashing light on to signal that plate is still hot. I just have to make a comment that the numbers are hard to see on the black surface. My suggestion would be to put a light under them.
Looks great, works great. been installed four days now . The old one 14 year old,Make sure you check your cut out dimensions first. We replaced a Technika 60 cm cooktop installed in 2007 with this one which on removal of the old unit was found to be 12 mm smaller than the replacement. All ok tho, cause we had the gear to extend the cutout.
