Tefal Cook4me Extra Crisp Lid

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The extra crisp lid completes the Cook4me and transforms it into a multi cooker removing the need for having 2 different appliances. The lid sits on top of the Cook4me easily looks very stylish. There are 4 preprogrammed settings for ease of use but as there are not many recipes on the app apart from a few basic ones most manual recipes require adjusting the time or temperature. I had to check some YouTube videos to understand how to do this as the user manual is not very detailed. Performance wise it works very well and takes less time and oil than the oven. I have made homemade roast potatoes, poussin, bone in chicken breasts, spring rolls and all have come out very well. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've wanted an airfryer for a while, but didn't want another whole piece of kitchen equipment, so this lid attachment for the tefal pressure cooker is fab. It works well with the existing app and I have enjoyed trying the recipes our, as well as using it to cook ingredients not following the recipes. Potato wedges come out perfectly crispy, without having to add as much oil as if I was going to oven cook them. The lid itself is sleek looking and easy to install. The Tefal Extra Crisp Lid is a superb addition to the Cook4Me. I hate chips that are soggy or soft and I am pleased to say the Extra Crisp lid is the solution to soggy chips. Even using frozen chips, I was able to make superbly crispy on the outside and fluffy in the middle chips.I also made chicken nuggets from scratch. It was easy and they tasted excellent. I am looking forward to experimenting with spices and rubs to make them even tastier.The best thing about the Extra Crisp Lid is how easy it is to use. Just pop it into the Cook4Me and there will be a satisfying click. Then set the time and temperature and wait for the beep. It is so simple yet so tasty and I would recommend it to anyone.
