It is been a busy machine cooking at my kitchen recently as it does the job very well. The pot is super easy to be cleaned, the steam, reheat, pressure cooker and soup cooking functions are the most favourite task ever. Just put the ingredients altogether, I don’t need to supervise because it is safe and will make beep beep sound to notify when the cooking is finished.

Received this cooker a week ago. Already made 2 cakes and 3 stews. Used the pressure cook for 2 stews and the stew function for the other. The baking program is great. All in all great, fantastic value for money. Lamb shanks for dinner tonight!

I purchased this product as I found it hard to get meals on the table that were quick, easy and healthy. I use this machine almost every second night now. I can put on what we are having and let it cook by itself while I get other things done. The kids even like what is coming out of it. All the different functions. I have only used about 4 so far.It is such an easy machine to use and clean. One pot and your done. And the meat is always so moist. If you have been thinking about getting one but aren’t 100% certain, you won’t regret it.

We've been using the cooker for almost everyday now; I couldn't be happier. Makes cooking faster, less effort, less stress, more time to do some other stuff while waiting for the food to cook. Also, as gas rates are higher than electricity, it might be a good idea to shift. For us, this is still to be seen in the next billing cycle. :) Really recommend this for people where time is of essence.
The timer on this cooker basically stopped working after I bought it 2 months ago. It kept showing the pressure building up but the timer didn't come on. Called customer service & they said to take it into some third party repairer, and they weren't available - not answering calls or emails. The product itself was clunky to use and the lid was giving problems from day 1 - kept getting error messages. One error message I got was E6 and the manual doesn't even list what E6 is. What a joke. The product is a cheap buy and you basically get you what you pay for. Never again buying any Tefal rubbish again.
I bought this for my mum for Mother’s Day and it’s the best present I have ever given her! I get weekly photos of the new recipes she has cooked. She had an old slow cooker from years ago so this is like state of the art. Thank you Mayer for the prompt click and collect and five star service, you made it so easy for me in my busy schedule to buy this and made us all really happy !
Tefal is known for quality products but not this one. From the off, saute function was in error. It can happen to a faulty product but the plastic from the lid was so thin, it came off from seal after 2-3 cooks. Clearly not able to handle the pressure cooking. The cooker felt so light to lift which means not enough good materials for pressure cooking. I swapped to a more dependable Philips cooker. Hope Tefal could learn from this product to make better ones in the future.
After a few hiccups at the start trying to work out why I kept getting an error message out of the box, I figure out how the lid worked and have used it every day since. Slow cooking, browning, rice (risotto) and pressure cooking. The receipe book that comes with it is limited but essentially any slow cook receipe can be used or search the internet for 'one pot' recipes, there are hundreds. I've been able to replicate make my own stove top receipes in it now just following a similar recipe from the book for the timing/temp setting, or a bit of experimentation. I love it and would highly recommend it.
Easy to use and perfect cooking Pakistani cooking normally very long but it make work short and perfect .All my Tefal products are big helpers in my kitchen . LovE" to .
