We've used the pressure cooker three times already, and it's marvellous! Saves so much time as it cooks faster and the meat are so tender. Highly recommend
The lid was very easy to put on and take off. It requires a fair bit of liquid to get the pressure to come up, especially making meat-based sauces. Increasing the temperature quickly led to burning on the bottom but this may have been because the saucepan was new and it needed to be used a few more times. The pressure release is a good idea. The steamer tray that comes with it is very useful. The food still tastes so good when made in a pressure cooker.
This is a great item. If you want a pressure cooker look no further. Myers sales transaction has been stunning. Congratulations to all their workers who made it happen.
I use this pot to cook my lamb curries fall apart tender. That’s the only thing I’ve used it for and does a great job. It’s just a pot except cooks faster. Have had it since 2018, no complaints.

makes you cook faster! just need to experiment with how long with different type of meat, i did pork belly, beef ribs, they fall apart after 25 mins of pressurized cooking. amazing!
