Great pan set. I tested out the non stick feature with pancakes, while they didn't slide around without first loosening with a spatula, once they were loosened they slid around freely.I made a giant cookie, putting the mix into the small pan and putting it in the oven. The handle was easy to attach and remove and the cookie turned out perfect. The ability to remove the handle also made it so easy to fit in the dishwasher and drawers. Have already tossed out 2 pans which these will be replacing. My last pair were a stone set, the ingenio set heats up so much faster and is much easier to clean, mainly due to the removable handle.

I really enjoyed using this set. I liked how easy it was to attach and remove the handle, as well as the functionality of putting the pans in the oven.I did not use the pans for serving on the table as I have young children, but I imagine this would be a great way to serve dishes for older kids or adults.We cooked several recipes using the pans, a real stand out being pan roasted Brussel sprouts and gnocchi. We got even roasting across the pan and deliciously crispy sprouts and gnocchi. It was also a great pan for making frittata in.I stored the pans nested in each other with the handle in the smaller one. It was great saving the space with the handle not sticking out and making them awkward to store.

These are an ingenious set of Space saving Frypans from Tefal that have made our kitchen cupboards more accessible and our lives much simpler! They take up so much less room than our old frypans did in our cupboard. With their detachable handle, and the ability to be stored one inside the other, they are a great addition to our kitchen. The Tefal Ingenio Frypans allow for wonderful even cooking, and the surface is also very easy to clean after you are done.We have so far cooked scrambled eggs, pancakes, browned some chicken, bacon, and made some delicious toasted Turkish Rolls in them.
