It's ok for a quick low quality ironing session but it does not remove all wrinkles and it takes longer per item, especially as the board is so small - even size 8 tops need to be moved around. You would also need an iron it you want to look really smart. Excellent steam iron. Comfortable and light to use. Looks good. It takes up less space then my previous steam iron and board. Please note I have a dedicated space to do my ironing, so the iron and board are always out!The only minus is the board could be stronger. It tends to curve in the middle where the two board sections join when on the flat setting.Overall a brilliant buy for the price i paid, when it was on special offer.

Bought this unit thinking to use for my clothes but have found it very useful for other purposes, such as cleaning kitchen, bathroom and most of all removing mould. Years of mould in my kids’ room was 95% gone in just an hour. Really encourage parents to get this for this particular purpose, for your children’s health. It has such a powerful steam output to kill & remove mould with ease. Use jif as well for whiter results. Only downside is you have to wait 45 seconds to a minute to get that powerful steam again. And, of course, cost, but I bought it on sale, and it’s worth it.

Not worth the price tag!! It will remove creases from very light material, but hardly does anything to thicker materials such as cotton, making it useless on most t-shirts and shirts. Does not produce a continuous amount of steam and the high pressure steam only lasts a couple of seconds.I sent the first one I recieved back as I thought it must be faulty. However the replacement was exactly the same.I was looking for something to replace my iron, however this is definitely not it and unfortunately I am returning this one too.

We have been using our Tefal IXEO steamer for several weeks now and have found it to be simple to use and very effective in removing creases from our clothes and other items like table cloths. We manage to get through our ironing in around half the time we used to take with our old steam iron. The board is great, it is much more compact than a standard ironing board so we now have better access to our balcony door which used to be blocked by our old board.
