A little disappointed

The iron itself is good but I do have a couple of issues. First, on my old tefal, which was my third, it had a retractable cable which was fantastic, on this new model not only does the cable not retract, you haven’t even got a storage hole to put it in and on top of that you can’t even wrap the cable round the unit tidily. Second, the water container just looks cheap. Again in comparison, It doesn’t seem as strong as my last one. I’ve always rated tefal for my irons but on this occasion, you do seem to have let yourselves down.

Excellent Steam Generator Iron

This iron is possibly the best I have used and have used quite a few in my time! The steam generated from this iron is so powerful I am able to get through my ironing in half the time. This is because the steam goes through the garment with such force that there is no need to iron both sides.The light feature is an excellent added bonus as you are able to see and target the creases better because they are all shown up under the light again cutting down on ironing time.The smart steam feature enables you to iron with steam without having to press anything as you iron and as soon as you move the iron away from the garment and put it in its resting position, the steam stops. Great steam power with a handy light!

LOVE IT! Bad bits first - the water tank could do with being a bit bigger, but it was big enough to do a week of work shirts, a kingsize bed set and some jeans before it needed refilling. And now the good bits - where to start?! The power of the steam was great! Being able to set it to steam automatically without having to hold the button was so handy. The steam shuts off when the iron is in an upright position, starting again when it's horizontal. Loved that function! The iron itself wasn't too heavy and the light function was so useful for seeing little creases I probably wouldn't have noticed otherwise. The colour, although not important to it's function, is lovely - black and gold! And it's anti-calc too, great for hardwater areas. Tefal really have thought of everything.

Ironing made easy!

Good looking, efficient and makes easy work of ironing. A big water tank but has to be removed to be refilled which is a slight disadvantage.

The Tefal Pro Express Vision is particularly powerful and very time-saving. At first glance, the iron and station make a very good impression. I can say that deep creases are ironed out of shirts easily and without complications. Even linen that is prone to creases can be super straightened. The iron glides smoothly over the fabric, providing easy handling and speeding up the ironing process. Device is quiet and offers a great range of different modes. Iron stops steaming when it is placed upright and there are no water droplets on the clothes. The black rose gold design is also visually very appealing. Waste of money…

More like a kettle than an iron… it’s emits more hot water than steam, soaking the items you are trying to iron…
