With the Tefal Unlimited Grill Pan 26 x 26cm, you can grill pieces of meat, fish, or vegetables. This pan is ideal for searing a piece of meat quickly. The pan does need to be hot enough for this. Thanks to the Thermo-Signal at the bottom, you know exactly when the pan has reached the right temperature. It turns solid red when the right temperature is reached. The pan has a titanium coating. This means that ingredients don't stick together and you don't have to worry about scratches. You can even use metal utensils without damaging the pan. It's best to wash the pans by hand for a longer lifespan.

I was so pleased with both the quality of the product but how well it cooked my food. I could tell the quality was brilliant upon first opening the item, quite heavy but sturdy. Unlike some other grill pans nothing stuck on to it and was very easy to clean. It leaves lovely griddle marks which look espeically appetizing for a steak. Another thing which was really good for us was you can fit quite alot on the grill pan at once so as a family works very well.

I recently took the opportunity to replace some of my old cookware as Myer was having a 40% off sale. After much deliberation I settled on Tefal frypans (the ones made in France and not China). I'm so glad I did. I had some older Tefal frypans and Circulon pans which I had previous bought from Myer a couple of years back. The old saying you only get what you pay for is so true especially when it comes to cookware. The French made Tefal Unlimited line are excellent and I have no hesitation in recommending them to home cooks. I use a gas stove and these products suit all cooktops. The first thing you will note is the solid or heavy base of this pan so it does take a little time to warm up but that provides a good even heat to your cooking. Finish is excellent. As for washing up the non stick is excellent and easy to hand wash. I don't put my pans in the dishwasher and I don't recommend this for any non stick cookware - period. I only use wooden or plastic utensils with my pans. I mainly bought this pan to complete the set of Tefal Unlimited frypans that I had bought (see my other reviews). It is slightly smaller than the Circulon that it replaces and that is better for my stove top.

I’ve been on the lookout for a new pan for a while, specifically something that can cook a nice steak. This pan did not disappoint! The pan itself is very heavy which is a nod to the quality itself. The non stick coating works as advertised and the pan feels high quality. It’s a joy to use and cleaning is easy. I’ve been so impressed with the results. Most of my other pots and pans are made by Tefal however are showing their age. I have high hopes that this pan will last a long time.

I loved this tefal Square pan. I couldn't wait to try it as I've never used one before. It's very heavy duty which I love and a brand I would personally go for when buying a pan like this. I cooked my husbands steak on this for his tea this evening and it looked lovely. Cooked evenly through and lovely griddle lines across the steak. Also cooked mushrooms and tomatoes in there too to accompany the steak. My new favourite thing to explore with in the kitchen.
Purchased during a sale with matching fry pan set. Really solid product. Cooks beautifully on gas cooker. Great size for grilling sausages & steak. Handle doesn't get hot (as long as not directly over flame). Easy to clean. Might be a little heavy for some at about 1.7kg.
The base of the pan is very large and at first I was unsure if this would heat throughout due to the round heat on the bottom and the overly square pan on top. The pan itself takes a while to heat up but once at temperature it’s a perfect addition to the Sunday breakfast. The weight of the pan is not at much as it looks and it’s easy to handle. There are channels to the side of the pan which takes away excess liquid and fats. Very little oil is needed when using the pan so it reduces the fat content quite well. Overall is a great pan with a large surface area to fit a large steak with the trimmings or 6 rashers of bacon for your breakfast. Happy with the product and would recommend.
I'll be brutally honest, I wasn't overly optimistic about this, but, I was pleasantly proved wrong... I didn't think it would work that great as I have a ceramic hob, but, I was proved wrong.... the heat was consistent as it would be if it was on a gas hob. The pan was a little heavy, but, manageable. I'm vegetarian, so tried an assortment of vegetables and Tuna steaks, both seared to perfection, much better that a frying pan, and tasted so much better too. When it came to cleaning, no soaking needed, hot soapy water and one wipe...Fantastic. if you're thinking of buying one, think no more, go get one, you'll not be disappointed
The grill pan is a good weight, but not too heavy. I have only used it to griddle steak so far and the results have been very good. It was easy to wash after leaving it to cool down.I do have one complaint though - I cannot find a splatter guard to properly fit the pan because of the raised lip adjacent to the handle. This is most disappointing.
The weight of the pan is ideal not too heavy. The pan heats up evenly and I love the red dot system letting me know when it is the right temperature. Non stick surface cooks meat perfectly. Food doesn't stick to the pan and it was easy to clean afterwards. Great for all types of hobs and it is dishwasher safe.
My first impression of the pan was that it was heavy and felt like good quality. I have an induction hob, and the packaging clearly showed it would work with my hob.I rarely eat meat, I intend to use this pan mostly for things like facon, but I did get some lamb steaks for its first use.It was clear when the pan was up to temperature by the red spot in the middle. The pan is large and would accommodate quite a lot of food on it.I'd have liked the channels in the grill to be deeper, as I felt like it was more akin to drying than grilling. That said, it was very easy to clean. It still looks as good as new.
