I've had the original neck pillow for about 3 year and it was amazing. I've had an ACDF surgery and needed the proper support while I sleep. My pillow got ruined on a trip recently and it needed replaced. I ordered the new Cool Ergo Neck Pillow. They had a BOGO so I took a chance.When it arrived it was a little shorter than my orginal, but the dimensions indicated that. The heights are very similar to the old one, but appeared to be a little shorter in height when I compared them side by side. My husband and I were in need of new pillows. On average, we get new ones every three years. I didn't want to give up the cooling effect and my husband found this one. Overall, it's a really comfortable pillow and it has helped with our back pain. But this pillow is child size! I don't understand why it is so small? If this pillow were even standard size I would have given it five stars. All and all it's working for us and we are sleeping better. We have been buying Tempur-Pedic pillows for the last 9 years. If you are listening, make this pillow standard size!!!

I love Tempur products; I was initially a bit hesitant considering the substantial investment required for a full suite of their products, but after investing in a Tempur-pedic mattress and pillow set, I couldn't be happier that I did and it was worth every cent. For the longest time I just assumed it was normal to wake up with aches and pains, most especially in my neck and back, because I've always had a relatively good mattress and thought I was "just getting older". This is not the case at all. My neck and back are in such greater alignment that I no longer feel the need to crack my back or feel kinks in my neck when I wake up. I've been buying the Tempurpedic pillows for years. My spouse started using one with the purchase of the Tempur-Ego Cooling Neck Pillow. She is quite happy with the pillow. She temperature becomes uncomfortable at bedtime. The pillow helps to keep her cool and it helps relieve her fibromyalgia pain as well. In short this is a great comfortable pillow. I think you have gained another lifetime customer.
Well, I ordered two, assuming the "large" was the same as I currently have. (wanted to replace as I have used them for several years} They were delivered and found they are only 20 inches in length and not the 24 I currently have. Called and was told they cannot be returned, but fortunately I did not unwrap the pillow, just opened one box. They are not the same length as the "travel" pillows they used to sell. I love Tempurpedic, but will not be able to purchase there next support pillows again. Just ordered a King size mattress and made sure that was industry standard. Very disappointed. They should have maintained a true full size for beds. I don't want a small size pillow for a King Size bed. This pillow is quite small and would be better suited to a child or a very small adult. It is so hard that when I lay on my side my jaw on the opposite side of my face begins to ache. I have never experienced this with a pillow. If they made a pillow that was at least standard size and had a medium-firm feel, it would be perfect. This one feels like they took a perfectly specced pillow and compressed it until it was very small and incredibly hard.
I have the standard Tempur neck pillow, purchased in 2017. I love it, I needed a taller version so I selected this pillow. This pillow used different foam; color and density are not the same. There is no slow sink, the foam is less dense, more springy and overall it's uncomfortable. It feels unyielding and expands right back into place almost immediately. I side sleep mostly and this hurts my neck and face, way too much pressure and zero gentle cradling. Might be good for some people, but terrible for me. It's not any cooler than any of my other pillows. And it's actually hotter than a budget brand cooling pillow my husband uses.

Love this pillow! When I first received this I thought it was too firm upon touching it. I didn't use it for a bit but finally had to one day when I forgot my pillow somewhere. It was amazing! It's firm to the touch but once you lay on it, the pillow cradles your head perfectly. I always had to sleep with my hands supporting my head before, now that's no longer a problem! Highly recommend this pillow!
