Tempur SmartCool Symphony Medium Pillow

Item came according to schedule. Box (tempur box not courier box) of the pillow seems old, is quite torn apart and not sealed at all. Upon opening, the plastic cover of the pillow was also already ripped. Expected that it would have nice packaging at least since its quite expensive. No problem from courier’s side. 100% responsive & properly handled my item.

i was constantly getting headaches and stiff neck for 2 straight weeks. our old pillows were almost 2 years old, bought from department store. after using Tempur, I can sleep deeply and comfortably. totally worth it, considering I have slashed off at least 1k from the store price.

The pillow itself is really comfortable and smart cool really do work. Overall, this is a great pillow to those who suffer back and neck problem due to sleep. \n\nBut you may need to check first the perfect size for you. TempurPH responded very well with my inquiries. Kudos to that!\n\nWill definitely buy again with them soon.

BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK! I thought I was gonna get the best sleep but instead it just gave me stiff necks. I gave it to my mom and she also found it uncomfortable. I suggest you go test it out first otherwise you'll just be wasting money. One of the worst pillows I ever bought.

Great overall! Didn’t have a strong smell. Supported my head and neck well without sinking that much. It’s heavy but it also reflects quality that should last.
