Luscious white peach and nectarine are at the forefront of the Tempus Two Chardonnay, sourced from the cool slopes of the Adelaide Hills. It's a rich wine, full-bodied through the mid-palate, and the intermingling flavours are perfectly balanced with fairly strong acidity, which lends structure to the wine. The grapes are grown in a cooler climate, ideal for expressing the fruitiness of a Chardonnay. Once harvested, the grapes are pressed for free-run justice, the only kind used for making this wine. Prior to fermentation, the free-run juice is clarified, keeping the intense fruitiness. Enjoy with a light seafood dinner or fresh sashimi.
