I bought this for my grandchildren, as it was one of their mum’s favourites, when she was a child. It’s been a big success! The children love the story as much as she did over 30 years ago. The characters are relatable and the task of tidying up together becomes both a challenge and great fun. There’s something very special about a story book that can remain relevant even after all those years.

Disappointed

I understand that these items are used, but was disappointed that there was personalized writing on the inside front cover and the 2nd one had old food stuck to a couple pages.

Lovely book

This was my children's favorite bedtime book. Now that I'm a grandmother, I just had to find a copy for my daughter to read to her daughter. It was in very good condition and arrived a day earlier than expected.

Miniature version of the full size book.

This book is REALLY small...we are talking maybe 4 inches by 4 inches, thus the font is SUPER small. I apparently did not read the fine print that this was a miniature version of the full size book. Love this story just not the size of this book.

Truly one of the finest children's books ever

This book has the words/lyrics (we sing it) you'd expect, but the storyline is in the incredible illustration. After years of very regular reading we are still noticing sub-stories. Just perfect.
