Reliable protection for overnight use. Good size, longer length for more confidence. Not so big as to be uncomfortable.

I bought this product for the first time a couple of years ago when I had a head cold and every time I sneezed or coughed, there was some leakage. Tena pads kept me save of the urine smell as well. Highly recommended

I bought these a month ago but was rather disappointed. I did not feel they were extra length at all. Not when compared to the Poise ones. I do however, like that their plastic outsides are a lot softer than the Poise ones, so for that reason I will continue to use them.
