I think this is one of the best and i hope the price for now pls stay the same. Its hard to get a good underpants for my parents as they are very choosy. Not only TENA pants comfortable, but also it really holds the liquid. Definitely recommended for caretakers out there.

I have used pads for years and have never really been happy with their efficacy. At the time that I started, larger disposable pants were not available. However, I had been becoming increasingly unhappy with the pads and investigated the pants again after a friend suggested them. Although they can have a tendency to not absorbing slight spills straight away, they are much better than the pads. The spills don't get onto my outer garments and I can carry on walking without worrying what other people might see. I have not had a major leak to test them out, and hope I don't, but I think I am safe in these. I recently had a slight, temporary, problem with bowel leakage and they saved me from embarassment for that too. They fit well and are very comfortable.

I find these pants comfortable and they hold a good amount of urine without leaking. I wake up three times in the night and need to use the toilet. I have to put clean pants on each time as the ones I have worn are very heavy with urine. They compare favourably with the Tena Pants - in fact I can’t tell the difference!

I purchase these regularly for my elderly and disabled mum. She rates them highly for comfort, quality and effectiveness. We’ve tried other brands but for my mum, they don’t compare. Tena are expensive, but I guess, you get what you pay for.

It was EXTREMELY difficult to find any Tena high absorbency pants in a Small size. These ones have been a life saver from leakage, as previously, I’d only been able to get the more “fashion” types from online shopping in a size Medium, no use at all now due to weight loss from illness. I was SO pleased to discover The Incontinence Shop whilst searching online These pants have made SUCH a HUGE difference to my quality of life just now!!! I’m happy with the service and product, however as buying these pants are for my mum who is seriously poorly with vascular dementia I feel they are rather expensive and as these items are not a luxury but a necessity it would be helpful to many elderly ones if they were more cost effective. I appreciate this is not your fault as everything is very expensive at the moment living in this climate but if there was a possibility of reducing the cost it would be most helpful.
They are so far the best pull up incontinence pants that have used for my wife, as the ones that I have used from the in continence Clinc did not provide me with pull ups, but pads for morning and night, both leaked, their heavy duty ones were just a pain! as they were very large and came with a set of double tape on either side to keep them on. I wanted something more simple and straight forward. I have been putting up with constantly washing trousers for over a year sometimes 3 times a day and the Tena Maxi large do the job. The reason I haven’t given this product 5 stars is that they don’t lock up urine smells as the products say, not if you empty all your bladder into it. It could be that my wife does not take enough liquids to dilute her urine or her medication.
Perfect for my elderly mother. They are just like normal pants, but a bit thicker. Tena pants help retain a little dignity for elderly people who have become incontinent. She needs the Maxi ones now which have the highest absorbency. When first using them she was able to pull them up and down just like normal knickers. They gave her a safety barrier if she leaked a bit before she got to the loo. Now she is in a care home it means she still retains some dignity and isnt sitting all wet. The Tena pants stop that from happening. Im not sure how she would cope without them tbh.
This new 'Classic' range is supposed to be upgraded product, apparently. But these are much worse in every way than the previous TENA pants plus. Firstly, the absorbance section is much narrower both on front and back compared to the previous model - about 1 inch on the front and whopping 2 inches at the back!! It's just a straight narrow line which does not provide protection. The crotch is also strangely cut into the base of legs at 90 degrees so it does not prevent leakage. There is no sticky tape at the back as the previous model did for discreet disposal. TENA is clearly cutting the cost on the production. Yet, the price is higher! How could you do this to us!?
