Please Anaconda show sizes in US, UK & European to avoid errors. Otherwise we are in Australia so sizes should show in UK not US sizes which is a full size different.Thanks Anaconda for your quick delivery and great price.

I had similar pair of TEVAS for almost 15 years. I used them for beach shoes, kayaking, and fly fishing.When it was cold and I needed waders they came in handy when backpacking, their flexible fit allowed me to use them with my waders so I would have to talk my heavy and large wading boots. They finally fell apart. I was happy to find these a great improvement, they are lighter, and provide better grip in the water when I am wading in the streams. It’s a relief when newer turns out better in all respects.

Bought these one size bigger and am I wearing these with toe socks - might as well go all out! Very comfortable and very adjustable - they feel very secure, even on uneven terrain. I did get a couple of very minor pressure points, but once I had found the right adjustment for my feet - and I think a tiny amount of breaking in is required as well - they fit perfectly. Def 5 stars.

I tried out several pairs sandals made by Teva, Chaco, and a couple other brands. I alway ran in to the problem with the forefoot being too narrow (velcro straps barely attaching) or rubbing at some point.Not so with the Teva Strata Universals. Wide forefoot. light padding in the right places, good arch.So comfortable I dont want to take them off.
The photo of this item is considerably different from the item actually received. The website shows these sandals as having multiple white/light gray highlights: midsole, strap tabs, strap retaining pieces and the TEVA label itself. The item received had dark gray in all these places making the sandal look virtually completely black (the logo was yellow). Additionally, the straps were very stiff. I've owned lots of TEVA brand shoes and sandals but never received an item that was misrepresented. Caveat emptor.
Like a few of the other reviewers, the height of the side strap support dug in to my ankle bone. If this was not the case, I would have been thrilled with the rest of the sandal. As I've gotten older, my skin has needed more and more padding. This has even better padding and a softer sole than the Terra-Fi, so I was looking forward to making it my new shoe. Unfortunately it just didn't fit my foot, so I had to return them and I bought a new pair of Terra-Fi's instead.
The first thing I noticed was that the sandals seemed short. Having ordered multiple payof TEVA Sandals in a size 12, I compared them and the size 12 of this new model is definitely at least 1/2 inch shorter which unfortunately outmuscled toes at the very edge. Why would TEVA not keep a size 12 the same length? So, I was leaving on a trip, and decided to just try to deal with it; but the length is absolutely shorter than it should be. It would be nice if TEVA would send me a 12.5.
I suffer from Hammertoe, Bunions, calluses & Diabetes. I found itimpossible to wear closed toe shoes and was wearing a pair ofcheap sliders made for the beach.The problem was that they werefalling off when walking & causedme to fall. I went to Footwear Etc.and found that sliders were notworking because I needed to havea back strap to hold hold them on.After trying on a few different shoes it was suggested that I try asandal. I tried on a sandal fromTeva/Vibram. They have adjustable straps in front & back.I have been wearing them all weekand they are so light & comfortablebut they have arch support andI don’t even feel like I am wearinganything on my feet. I wear themwith socks for extra protection &they are the best Shoe/Sandal Iever wore.
I bought these for a trip to the Galapagos. It was an expedition-type trip, with lots of wet landings from Zodiacs followed by hikes into the interior. I needed something that I could wade in and then hike, to avoid carrying shoes and socks and having to change on sandy beaches. Unfortunately, it didn't work out at all. Intended to protect the foot from abrasion, each strap is backed by multiple pieces of padded material. The material tended to curl down, into the top of my foot. The first (and only) time I wore them, that material began wearing away the skin after only 100 yards. By the end of a short hike, my foot was bleeding under the front strap. That was last fall. One of them hangs out a full inch beyond the sole when I wear it. Other reviewers seem to like these sandals. For me, they have a terminal design flaw.
I bought them to use on the Camino de Santiago next summer. I am wearing them this week on a trip to Israel and they are excellent. The terrain here is rocky, hilly, sometimes slippery and the sandals are comfortable and have good grip. I am very happy with them. I have wide feet and bunions and they are working out very well.
