I have been using the Thayers Hydrating Milky Cleanser for the last week and here are my thoughts. The cleanser is very gentle and feels cushiony on the skin; my skin also feels very hydrated when using it. However, when I rinse it off, my skin feels a little coated, like the product is still there. Perhaps I am just used to other harsher cleansers. It does remove makeup but it has been my experience that there is still a little makeup remaining along my hairline. But, if you use a toner after cleansing that would eliminate that problem.

I’m glad that I decided to give this new cleanser a try. I have been looking to replace my current cleanser, and with the weather getting colder, this seemed like a great option. I have tried Thayer’s in the past, so I am not surprised that the quality is good! I like that this cleanser has hyaluronic acid in it. It has not stripped my skin of moisture like most other cleansers do. I would still recommend putting on moisturizer after you use this though, especially in the winter. I enjoyed using this face cleanser/wash about 2 weeks before writing this review. I like the way my face feels soft and hydrated after each use. No dry, tight skin! There are no artificial fragrances and it has 98% natural ingredients. It does have a slight smell when applying…but it doesn’t linger. I have smelled this scent before and associate it with cotton for some reason. The instructions will tell you to wet your face and massage cleanser into your damp skin. Rinse and pat dry. I tried this in the shower once but prefer doing it at the sink. The product goes on like a thin sunscreen texture, in no way greasy. It rinses off very easily with a damp cloth. It is not made to suds up. I highly recommend this!

This cleanser works really well! The packaging is nice. The product comes out of the pump easily. The cleanser lathers really well and makes me feel like I’m thoroughly cleaning my face. I break out A LOT (ugh adult acne!) but since I have started using this, I’ve noticed a slight positive change to my skin so far. The only reason I took off one star is that the scent is a STRONG alcohol scent, and I am not very sensitive to smells. It wasn’t a deal breaker for me, but I definitely wish the scent wasn’t so intense. All in all I’m very happy that I am seeing results and will continue to use!
This face cleanser is so gentle on my sensitive skin. It has such a lovely milky look and feel to it. Very gentle and smooth to the touch. Easy to pump out of the bottle. You just need a couple pumps to wash your face because a little goes a long way. It suds up quickly and lifts the deep down dirt and makeup off. It definitely helps keep your skin feeling soft and smooth. It is fragrance free so it is safe to use on any type of skin. It is a great Cleanser that is a great addition to anyone's skin care routine.
I really like this cleanser. It’s very easy to apply and is very lightweight on my face. I apply it and let it sit for a few minutes before rinsing off. Once rinsed my face felt very soft and moisturized. I usually follow up with a toner and moisturizer but didn’t have to after using this. I really like the clean ingredients and didn’t experience and breakouts while using this product. The smell is so very light that I didn’t even smell it while using this either. I’ve been using this twice a day and haven’t had any issues. I do feel this product has been helping keep my face moisturized and smooth.
This is one of the gentlest face cleansers I've ever used. The consistency is milky and this formula doesn't produce foam. With that said, even without the foam, I didn't feel like I had to use a copious amount in order to effectively cleanse my skin. This cleanser still managed to clean my skin of makeup. I even tried using it on my eye area to cleanse my waterproof mascara. It took two cycles of washing, but it worked! The cleanser also doesn't leave the skin feeling tight or thirsty, which is important to me. I'm quite pleased with both the cleansing capabilities and non-stripping qualities of this cleanser.
