So scouring the net I discovered this little gem of gluten yeast free bread mix that freezes. Breakfast is back on the menu and I'm just loving it!🤗🤗

This is such a game changer for me. I have tried for so long to find a gf bread mix that is also yeast free - without and luck. This is such a great product and I love that I can make it savoury or sweet.
Excellent for easy bread, but it is very dense and tastes better toasted. If you dont usually eat gluten free options you might not enjoy it. Made it for a relative and we liked it toasted with tomato and basil.
One of the nicer... "specialised" breads. Because I live alone, I use only half the pack of mix at a time (and half the other needed ingredients of course) and I bake it in my airfryer. Works a treat. Then I let it cool completely before slicing it and keeping it in the fridge. Very tasty bread.
