Forged In Hiroshima Japan One-piece Grain Flow Forged HD Boron at Mizuno's iconic facility in Hiroshima, Japan – where Mizuno irons have been produced since 1968. Craftsman Refined Topline Mass taken from the toe portion, and a lower hosel blend creates a smaller profile without loss of effective hitting area. Wrap-Arond Sole Relief Increased sole relief to heel and toe across all 5 grind options. Spin-Weighted Blade Design A flared upper portion of the blade creates higher spin and penetrating trajectory – particularly from strikes high on the clubface. QuadCut+ Groove An adjustment of the groove shoulder camber and the taper of the groove profile allows a tighter groove pattern for increased spin rates on all shots. Wet Weather Performance Mizuno's HydroFlow Micro Grooves are laser etched to release moisture and reduce spin drop-off. Loft Specific Profile Straight leading edge on lower lofts (to 51), into traditional teardrop, and more rounded lob wedges (58 and above). Satin Chrome, Denim Copper Or Raw Raw steel comes without soft copper underlay – but will rust over time for a look requested by many of our tour players. Shaft And Grip Details True Temper Dynamic Gold Tour Issue: Dynamic Gold Tour Issue is the Gold Standard by which all other iron shafts are measured. It is the most successful shaft in the history of golf and still continues to dominate on professional tours each and every year. Dynamic Gold Tour Issue is a tour-weighted shaft that is designed for players seeking a low, penetrating ball flight for optimum control and accuracy. Our Tour Issue shafts hold the industries tightest weight tolerance for the exacting performance demanded by the best players. Golf Pride Z-Grip: The Z-Grip cord is the firmest cord grip available from Golf Pride. Combining two layers of texturing for feedback and control, the Z-Grip features a deep “Z”-shaped texture pattern that winds vertically around the grip for control, while a heavy cord texture throughout provides moisture management.
