I went back to my original exfoliator in the evening and a more gentle cleanser for the morning, its only been a week and since i have gone back and i have had 1 small whitehead near my nose and the others i had present from using this product are all fading away.

Hope this helps!!

Good for blemish prone skin but go slow

I’m in my 40s and have combination skin. I suffer from acne, blackheads and whiteheads and have done since I was a teenager. I have never felt confident about my skin, shying away from people and NEVER going out without foundation on. As I’ve got older, companies have realised that it’s not just teenagers who suffer from spots and (thankfully) more and more new ranges have come out to help combat this problem. After reading good things, I decided to try The INKEY List range of products. I bought the lot (they were on offer). I started with the Salicylic Acid Cleanser. My skin reacted well to it, looking clearer. Especially the blackheads on my nose and chin. It’s easy to use, just massage it on and rinse off. My skin did feel very tight and itchy after use, so I only use it a couple of times a week. I don’t want to dry out my skin and in turn cause more problems! I like it and will continue to use it.

Y'all. This is a great product. I started getting hormonal acne out of nowhere, like angry cystic pimples that were tender and filled with pus (sorry if that's TMI). I knew I needed to do something. And along with my lovely hormones was some wonderful fungal acne. I needed to buy an anti-fungal cream but couldn't get to it until a few days later, but the salicylic acid had also helped to calm that down too! Within 2 washes my face looked 10 times better. Seriously. I stopped getting new cystic pimples after 2 washes. And it doesn't strip your skin either. I also have facial eczema (seriously, what don't I have? lol) so I was worried it would make me really dry, but it was totally fine. :)

Non-drying acne fighting champion
12 January 2023

I am closing in on 30 and recently starting having issues with hormonal acne again. I was breaking out on my chin, cheeks, and forehead.. not fun! I started using this cleanser every night and I honestly can't believe how quickly my face has cleared up! I also haven't had a new pimple since I started using this. The formulation is think and as a few other reviews mentioned, it doesn't really foam up that much, but the coverage is still there! I use a nickel-sized blob on my cleansing brush and it feels really nice. Not drying either! Though I do use a facial spray and apply moisturizer immediately after. I have dry-combo skin for reference so finding a non-drying acne treatment has been hard, but this really works for me.

Now I get far less pimples and breakouts, if they do appear they are far less aggressive and surface better, while in the past they got trapped underneath the skin, itching, not surfacing spontaneoulsy (and often I ended up tormenting them and damaging my skin to "eliminate" them). I just repurchased a BUNCH of them, one to gift to my sis that has always struggled with a far worse case of acne than mune since puberty and still does.

Does what it says on the bottle,IT WORKS. ITS GREAT. There’s a reason it’s hyped on social media.Started using it in lockdown and loved it, then bought the oat cleansing balm. Use them together for a double cleanse. The best face wash I’ve ever had. Love the inkey list. They do the best face washes. Would definitely recommend you buy! I have sensitive skin and it’s never been a problem for me. Skin feels great and looks great. Will continue to keep repurchasing. If you have a boots card you can also buy it for Ā£9.99 when it’s on offer.
