Kraken Black Spiced Rum is pot distilled in the Caribbean Virgin Islands and fermented in naturally sweet molasses from local riverbank sugar cane. Only the best natural yeasts are used to ferment the thinned down molasses, which is then converted to alcohol. This dark rum is then oak barrel aged between 12 and 24 months until perfect, then blended with an exciting mix of cinnamon, ginger, clove and other spices.
