Love the chocolate lady shake.. it's so versatile.. tastes good by itself or mixed with oranges (tastes like jaffas) or coffee (makes a good mocha).. does need more liquid than instructed... 600mls through a blender is how I like it.

The flavour is amazing but the consistancy was strange, which I cant even discribe easily. Also has a bit of an undesirable after taste. I was dispaponted because I had such high hopes. I would rather skip 2 meals than drink this shake

I am very picky when it comes to these types of shakes ie after taste, powdery etc, but to my suprise, the chocolate was very yummy, however i like mine super thick and added 1/4 of a frozen banana a ton of ice..Voila
Lady Shake is a great product. The diet plan is simple to follow without anything too complucated to follow. And it is flexible. I have noticed that my Fibromyalgia aches and pains have deminished substantially. Not sure why though as I am a reasonably active 61 year old and am only trying to lose about 5kg...and not far off my target after nearly 3 weeks.
My husband and I decided to test out the shakes together. He selected the chocolate man-shake and I opted for the vanilla lady shake. The shakes have definitely been a great meal replacement alternatives. Although I did initially find the vanilla flavour a little sweet
Faint flavour with super thick icky consistency. Review wont let me rate the falvour as 'not to my liking' (defaults to good)and wont let me say 'no' to would I order again (defaults to maybe).
What do I want from this product? I want to loose weight and not starve myself, not feel hunger pains and nausea like I have in the past with other shakes. I feel satisfied, alert, this is not a corner shop milk shake. It is a healthy alternative to thinking up another well balanced meal! It works, I use water and blend it with an electric blender. I also drink at least two litres of water. I would 💯 recommend this product just be real with taste and texture it's so much better than junk eating.
wouldnt let me do not to my liking. found it had a weird taste in the first couple shakes that it made and after a while became hard to have :( however i did find that the hunger was satisfied and was loosing weight while on the shakes, it did take a week to get use to not having food but after that it became easier to want this. unfortunately i wont be able to finish the bag :) happy with the progress so far just didnt like this taste
I've tried a number of shakes and this one has taken longest to get used to including the best way to make them. 350mls Ice cold water and a gentle shake will keep the froth down otherwise it's very frothy and quite watery taste. Shake did keep me full for a few hours so tick that box. Tried the coffee flavour - the flavour isn't strong. Will try chocolate and see if the flavour is better.
