Absolutely love the boost. I have both the raspberry & pine passionfruit flavours. I mix a scoop into 2 litres of water which tastes great plus helps in keeping up with my daily water intake. I start drinking my boost about 8am over an hour or 2 & I have my first shake at 11:30. I highly recommend this great product.

the BOOST product has really help me with my energy levels when working out in the gym or doing cardio . They both have a fantastic taste easy to drink i love both flavours i would recommend this to any one that needs a pick me to get the day started
