This pack is a mellow color, nice design/color way. I thought there were 2 pockets, a smaller one in the front and a bigger pocket in the back, looks that way in the pictures. It's just one big pocket, the stitching on the end in the front is just for show. This one lies pretty flat so you can fit a small wallet, a phone and some chapstick. There Fanny packs out there that can fit more definitely but if you want one that isn't bulky, this is the one for you.

I use this product every day, no joke!The Explore Hip Pack is unlike any other side bags out there. I honestly didn't know I needed it until I used it for the first time, and now I use it every day. This bag is great for everyday commuting, it'll keep your belongings safe and easy to access. This bag is stylish, lightweight, and inconspicuous. The perfect bag for the stylish explorer. Also, for the price this bag is 100% worth it, most bags of this nature are way more costly for the quality you receive. The only complaint I have is the one pocket inside the bag that is a little loose. Really wish the bag had more compartments. That being said I would buy this side bag again and again.

Wish it weren't so loud, but I still think it's a better look than the ironic throwback packs for the festival set. I like that it has a single zipper compartment, and the construction is solid. The belt expands large enough where I can use it cross body, and I'm a tall guy.

Pretty nice low key waist pack. Use it for daily carry piece. Good quality. Doesn't attract a lot of attention.Wish it had a zipper pocket in the back inside or outside for a phone or wallet so it stays in once place. Inside is basically just one big pocket so stuff moves around. There's a slit pocket but it doesn't hold much.Also the zipper tabs are cloth. If you want to use a lock it still allows for it to be opened a lot. I added small key rings to the metal parts of the zipper pulls so I can use a lock. Again this an an everyday carry bag for me so I know that's likely not it's intended design.
Awesome!!! I have my original one from over 20 years ago. LITERALLY!!! I wore it in High School. Now I take it on trips, amusement parks etc. And it's yellow and black. So 24 years later in 2024. I wanted an all black one. It's made a little smaller than my original one. But I still loves it! And the durability of the bag is Phenomenal 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽
I like the simplicity of the bag's look. Since it is simple there are no external pockets, so that's something to consider when buying it. Yet, it's a great size that can fit all my items. I use this bag on a regular. It's comfortable to wear for a long period of time. This bag is a great addition to have in my collection.
The hip pack is OK. Excellent stitching, good strapping material, lots of inside room including a small strap with clip for a key ring, strong well made zipper. BUT, with a little more effort they could have a great hip pack. The buckles for the strapping are CONSTANTLY slipping because they have no serrated edge/teeth to grab the strap....so it is slipping all the time that you are moving. Also, the logo side of the hip pouch has a recessed panel with the North Face logo on it. A durable heavy-duty, clear plastic panel stitched onto the extruding material already present would make an excellent (quickly accessible) pocket for a cell phone, keys, and glasses, etc. you could easily close it with a velcro strap, zipper, button, etc. Hiking in England and Wales, on ... The bag is ok. I thought there were at least to zip up pockets. Description was not clear on that and you cannot tell by the picture. Glad I bought it on sale. I would not have paid full price for a hip bag with only one pocket. Bag is barely big enough for my phone, but fits the essentials. I just wish it was a little bigger!
I love this. I purchased 4 diff Fanny packs in about 2 Wks trying to find the perfect on that lays across body well and big enough! I found it in NF. This pack is roomy and my fave thing is: the zipper is high enough so that when bag opens, items don't fall out. Thanks NF for understanding that. I won your coat and boots and as always good quality. This bag is lightweight and holds a lot. Gkasses, wallet, keys, phone etc....
Never thought the once fanny pack that was the butt of many jokes can be turned fashionable yet practical, all-in-one. The Explore Hip Pack really changed the whole hip pack game. I bring this bad boy out whenever I'm out for the weekends, no matter the occasion, be it with khaki trousers with a shirt, or a casual Tee with shorts. It has just enough room to keep all my daily necessities safe and easily accessible. The strap mechanism allows for easy/quick adjustments to allow for users of all sizes. Last but not least, this rose dawn color trend is now dominating 2022, and I'm happy that I'm now owning one.
