The North Face Horizon Womens Hat - Gardenia White - S/M

Firstly its not pink, its cream2nd it is not adjustable so it doesnt fit3rd it came with make up all over it from people trying it on! Trying to send it back but they are telling me I have to drive to the shop to get refunded because the cap got lost in transit for 20 days (they used Evri) so their system thinks i,ve had the cap for 2weeks! Dreadful customer service.

Best Baseball Cap for long hair

This is the best hat I've ever owned. I have had long hair all my life. No ball caps ever look good on me since my hair is wavy and I just look like a poofy mess. When the ponytail hats were first put out for sale I bought a few brands and hated them all. I couldn't adjust how high or low I wanted my ponytail/bun. That is no problem for this design!My husband also has long hair and has the similar issue. They don't make hats for men with man buns. I bought him this hat because it's gender neutral. He loves his too. So much that we each have a green one and a black one.

Don’t bother unless you have a small head

The hat is cute and well made, however extremely small. I have a “larger” head but I went out and looked at the sizing chart for North Face before ordering and it was within the range for L/XL . If your head is even a bit big I would not recommend this. It looks ridiculous. Unfortunately I got some makeup on mine while trying to squeeze it on my head so I’ll probably have to give it to someone I know as I can’t return it now. Really annoyed.

Excellent hat, but needs better size options

I ordered the S/M as the L/XL seemed like it would be too big. This one is really tight, so I've had to stretch it out a bit in order to be comfortable. A M/L would be an excellent size addition. That being said, this is a great hat otherwise. Comfortably breathable, great color options, and I LOVE that I can wear a higher ponytail or bun! Will probably buy another in the future.

I miss the old style

Every spring, I excitedly waited for the new colors of the Horizon cap. As a runner, I never go for a run without it. I've recommended it to all of my running friends. It was THE perfect hat. And then you had to change it. This one doesn't work for me at all. It didn't fit nearly as well as the old style and not every female needs the weird ponytail thing. I'm so sad.

I would buy one in every color! Worth it!

I use this while trail running. It's super lightweight and I can have my hair up with it. It allows for my high ponytail which I love. It washes easily and dries quick! Super stylish with great colors.

Love the flexible pony tail opening!

The selling feature for this hat was the flexible pony tail opening. I have very long thick hair which I can even fix into a high top bun and pop through the opening. I find the hat shifts a little so I occasionally have to pull the back down - it'd be nice if North Face allowed for an adjustable fit. I have a fairly small head so I think the fit runs a little small. The front is more of a "trucker" hat fit - not my usual go-to but has good structure. Overall great quality and good comfort.

Pro curly hair hat

I have thick 3C curly type hair. Hats have always bee hard to find simply because the volume of my hair. I got the L/XL size. This hat fits comfortably and perfectly. If my hair is in low pig tails or straightened my hair size is about a 7 3/8. The color is the same as it is in the picture. I love the ponytail hole and the material. Would highly recommend. I will probably buy another one or two in a different color.

Just the worst hat. I was too fast to click on this-didn't look at the 2nd picture because I've bought ladies ball caps from north face before. The back of this is great for their designers fantasy girl with a high thick pony tail. If you don't wear it in a ponytail it looks like you have underwear on your head from the back. Plus my skinny pony tail fits fine in the hole on the back or a normal ball cap

There is more structure at

There is more structure at the front of the hat than the original horizon hat. I’m not sure what the inside material is or how it will hold up if it get wet or wash… to be continue.The hat is not adjustable and I believe it runs a bit big. I have a big head so I order a large. It fits but if it’s windy it takes off easily. The ponytail hole is large and easy to use.
