My shoe was Hoka Evo Mafate 2. Went through 10 pairs, then they stop making it. I tried half dozen shoes from different companies and landed on the Vectiv Enduris 2. I just finished Wastach 100 entirely in this shoe. No foot problems at all. Cushion is good, durability good, breathes well. Only suggestions are, 1 gusset the tongue. This was a big miss! The tongue slides and laces start digging in. 2 little more aggressive on the lugs. With no Vibram outsole and smaller lugs you can slip and slide a bit out there. Excited for the third version!

I love this shoe. I've run in all sorts of trail shoes over the years since I began running ultramarathons in 2004. This past week I ran the Kodiak 100k in these shoes, and the bottom line is that I didn't feel like taking them off even after the race. I usually can't wait to change shoes after or I change shoes mid-race, so that's pretty amazing. Great protection and cushion and the ride does well with slow and fast paces - it's great for solid biomechanics. The upper is fantastic and for someone like me with a sensitive instep, the cushioned tongue provides support without pain over the long haul. I also have Morton's neuroma in my right foot and this shoe keeps the pain at bay. If I were to find one weak spot, it's the traction (small lugs) and wear life of the ... MoreI love this shoe. It's good for all but the gnarliest of trails if you're quick on your feet, but will wear down faster than the midsole and upper. Interestingly, but not specifically relevant to the merits of the shoe - though most runners were wearing Hokas and Altras (...like I used to), I didn't see a single pair of TNFs at the race. Crazy. These feel like some amazing secret. Keep up the great work, North Face!

So I've now owned 2 pair of Vective Enduris I both with over 400mi on them and I've loved them. Super excited for the Enduris II and I love everything about them except the durability of the upper. I developed wear and then holes in the upper before I even hit 200mi. Really bummed as now the shoes are un-usable and they look and feel hardly used except the holes that now let in all sorts of debris. Sad for sure...

If you are looking for a light trail runner with a big stack height and a ton of rocker that you can actually feel pushing you forward the Enduris II should definitely be a shoe you try. TNF nailed it with this shoe!I've had Hoka Speed Goats in the past and prefer the Enduris II. It has a roomier toe box than the Speedgoat and the rocker in the sole is better in my opinion. It's on the light side for a trail runner which is what I was looking for.If you are running daily on trails that are hard on a shoe's upper where abrasion resistance is king and you need a stiff supportive sole this isn't really the shoe for you, but that's not what it's designed to due.Don't get me wrong it can certainly handle that type of trail too... it's built very well and has ... MoreIf you are looking for a light trail runner with a big stack height and a ton of rocker that you can actually feel pushing you forward the Enduris II should definitely be a shoe you try. The VECTIV Enduris II is always ready and waiting by the door each morning. That's by design as these shoes earn their keep by providing exceptional support, comfort and ample ventilation to keep working feet comfy. Best application? The trail, the track or bike shop repair floor, the VECTIV Enduris II will pay it forward each day they are on your feet. Love, love, love these shoes.
Based on the review from Ginger Runner (he declared Enduris model I for the best trail shoe in 2021) bought and allready made 400 miles in first model. As he said, I have allways grabbing this pair for a run. Well cushioned, takes some time for foot to fit in. Only negative thing is that often shoe laces unties. Before runned in Hoka Mafate Evo, Hoka Rincon, Salomon Sense Ride - dont even mantion the Nike Terra Kiger - my thumb almost fell off. Recommend!
I have been running for over 50 years. I am so glad TNF finally made a shoe wide enough for my feet. I have used this shoe on buff dirt, sandstone, rocky trails, snow, ice and mud. It is by far the best trail shoe I have owned. Comfortable enough for ultra distances. Lots of room in toe box with great heel lock. Happy I made this purchase.
I’m very Impressed with my New VECTIV Enduris II Trail Running Shoes by the North Face ! Aesthetically Pleasing to the Eye !Great Quality Workmanship, Very Comfortable and Ready for Humphrey’s Peak, Mount Whitney, the PCT Trail and Palo Duro Canyon ! Thank you Backcountry !
I use these for a little bit of trail running and walking the dog in the woods. I have to say that I think the first generation of Enduris felt a little better on my feet. These just don't seem to have QUITE as much cushioning as the first model. Still a good shoe, however. Cool-looking, grippy, and I still love the Vectiv rocker.
I am a 59 yo trail runner and hiker. That's what I bought these (my first ever TNF shoes) for and I am quite happy, so far. They are comfortable, cushy, and my feet feel better than usual after trail runs in them. Good grip on Rocky Mtn trails. The strings are a bit short, but some simple relacing fixed that easily enough. I am looking forward to more miles in these and they are now my goto runners/hikers.
