Very disappointed with pocket size on this version, earlier Quest coats had far deeper pockets and could comfortably hold a small iphone. Also not quite as warm. On the plus side, the fabric proved totally waterproof in a recent flash thunderstorm when I’d forgotten my umbrella!

I ordered the burgundy colour which is lovely and you can feel the warmth being trapped in the jacket when you zip it up. Unfortunately it's VERY small. I'm usually a size 6-8 but size M was far too small (even when trying on with a light tshirt underneath). The hood doesn't seem to come out very far either but I've reordered in size L so hopefully it's all better!
Bought this a couple of months ago. I love it. It keeps me warm and dry. Keeps the cold wind out when walking my dogs. Love the colour (Sage). It's really lightweight as well. I personally think I would go up a size next time as although it fits I wouldn't want to have a bulky jumper under it. Am now looking at your other jackets as I think this one is worth every penny.
Let’s get down to the chase. Material was great, it was thick, warm, and waterproof with dry vent. I got a size small which was a little big alone but perfect for layering. Price was expensive for what you get, but it’s a name brand with good material so just wait for a sale.
North Face is so reliable. Great fit, breathable but protective. Had to search on the North Face website whether it's windproof, and indeed it is. It's still too thin to wear in winter but perfect for those awkward London in-between phases, when spring is almost here.
My partner had the mens version of this jacket. I wore it a few times and it was great, light weight but also shields you from a cold wind. So I decided to buy the womens version which offers the same benefits, but I sized up (usually a s but got a m) as I liked the loose fitting. While I am going to keep my purchase, it is very baggy and loose up top, but the bottom of the jacket is much more tight than I had expected, so if you are more of a pear shape you probably would want to buy the mens version. Once zipped up there is little room to pull it down over your bottom. In hindsight I would have bought mens xs or s.
Next list this as black and when you check the size chart it shows men’s sizes. However it is a navy women’s jacket! When I suggested to next that they’d sent me the wrong item they tried again, but again sent a navy women’s coat! Nice coat, but not for a man and not black!! Think next need to rethink their description and listing of this item
I ordered this jacket in the sale in a XL size. The size is not true to size as the upper arms are too tight. I also ordered a longer puffer coat in the same size and that is perfect. This one isn't.
