I have worn North Face Vectiv Futurelight leather boots going on 2 years now and absolutely love them. Light weight, great toe protection, totally waterproof as I cross many full flowing streams, hike in snow, mud and the tread works for me as I hike in lots of rocks and roots.

I purchased my first pair of these last summer and have walked several kilometres mostly along the Bruce Trail, Ontario and Strathcona Park, BC during the summer and fall seasons. I don't think I'm hard on my footwear or any gear. I pulled these hikers out for some Bancroft hiking the first weekend of April. Noticed the toe was coming away on my right shoe and wasn't expecting the knee deep snow. However, my feet stayed warm and dry. In preparation for some upcoming multi-day backcountry hiking, I thought I would get a second pair and break them in so that I have a backup boots.Side note: Not only are these functional and comfortable, they are good looking hikers. Many women in my hiking groups have asked about them and commented on the styling.

I work on a farm and love these hiking boots for a couple reasons. Took me 2 weeks to break them in. I think if I would of sized up I would not had any issues with squished toes. Once, broke in I really like them! They have awesome grip! I climb on machinery and grain bins and with the grip I don't slip. They are waterproof, which is great when around different weather changing from rain and snow.

This is the third time I've purchased these boots. They are very comfortable and supportive. I use them for walking/ light hiking. They never cause heel pain that I normally get with other brands of boots .
I love these boots! I bought a 2nd pair since they fit so well and stylish too. Most of my boots are Hokas but these are a better fit and more versatile. I may need a 3rd pair.
I bought these shoes for work. I actually work on a farm and was looking for some good sturdy waterproof shoes. I had purchased North Face hiking boots in the past and had very good luck. Only thing I would suggest is to size up! They are a little tight on my pinky toes. I have worn them for a week and hoping they break soon!!
The product was way too narrow... I used them initially, on a walk to break them in. However when I went on my hike they was very uncomfortable. Important to note: TNF does not have a lifetime warranty on footwear. I purchased these early d/t a sale, so when by the time I used them for my trip, the 30 day window had already expired.
These are the spiritual successors to my current TNF hiking boots which have lasted for many years. My only cautions are that they are slightly heavier than one would hope for with a FUTURELIGHT name (likely owing to the fact that they're leather) and that they seem to run slightly small: I had to go up a 1/2 size from my usual TNF size.
I'm outside on my feet all day for work and these shoes are super comfortable! Waterproof so my feet stay dry. Nice ankle support. Like the black color as they can get dirty and it doesn't show. Usually wear a size 8 and had to size up to a 9.
Very solid and stable. A bit hard to wear them without tying shoe strings every time. But function-wise, it's water proof and good for hiking or walking in any weather condition. I also use them for normal daily activities and weight training at the gym
