I have been using this serum for about a week now and I truly don’t think you can results within a week. I haven’t seen much happen to my face but I can FEEL the difference. It sits for a few minutes before I can feel it has actually absorbed, so your face feels a little sticky for about five minutes. My décolletage has benefited most. I spread this evenly down my neck and chest every night and morning. I can see my décolletage has improved most to the rest of my skin. It’s brighter, even toned, and some of my hyperpigmentation is fading. I have yet to break out or have an itchy patch on my skin. My face feels and looks way softer. I really love this product for the short time I’ve been using it. Typically, I am unable to add serums to my routine. I break out heavily or my cheeks and forehead start to itch so bad that my face eventually puffs up because I’m touching it so much. Sounds like an allergic reaction but I have been assured it is not. It’s me making it worse by touching my face instead of allowing the skin to heal with the product. So, anything that makes my skin tight or itch, avoid. This does neither and I’m seeing results in a short amount of time. I love it!

I think this product is okay. I did stop using it on the oily parts of my face regularly, because my forehead was becoming very shiny. I do use it on my neck and the more normal parts of my combination skin 1-2 times daily. I find the product to be a little sticky going on and immediately after applying, which can sometimes make it difficult to feel like I've applied it to the entire target area because it doesn't really glide over the skin. I am not really sure if it has improved my skin's hydration all that much, but I've also only been using it for a month. I've read on their website that you have to give any of their serums a good 12 weeks before seeing the full effects. Most people here talk about how hydrating this serum is or not, but you should still be using a moisturizer after applying this serum as part of your skin care routine and not solely depending on this for moisturizing. I have oily skin and continue to use a moisturizer, so I can't say if it's super hydrating itself or not. I actually decided to try this serum for fine lines on my forehead (being in my 30's) and believe me, I do forget to use this serum "every single day" and I still see light results. I would say I remember to include this in my skin care routine a few times a week at times, to every other day. I do not have sensitive skin, but my sister does (who also uses this) and it does not bother her. A little does go a long way. Hope this helps!

I’ve had this product for a few months now and keep trying to give it another chance. However, every time I use it, I consistently experience pilling in way like I have never before with any other product. I’ve used it on damp skin and dry skin with a variety of different products layered on top and experience the same effect each time. I use only 2-3 drops as directed but the result is the same. As soon as I put the product on I feel like I immediately experience a tightening/hardening effect. Then, once I add my Vitamin C serum and moisturizer on top I start experience major pilling - it honestly looks like I have dried Elmers glue on my face! I have been using this product for about 5 weeks now, and I am in love. I definitely have been seeing progress on my skin. My skin has never been or felt so hydrated like this before! The number of people who ask me what hydrating serum I use for my face is unbelievable, and I am always so proud to say, "ORDINARY"!
