This is hands down the best Instant Pot Book that I have read! The recipes are so quick and easy to make! My personal favorites are the ground beef tacos, lemon chicken with Greek salad, and the fudge brownie cake! I highly recommend this book!

Loads of recipes for the Instant Pot. I have the IP Duo-Mini model and can do most of the recipes from the book, although some I cut in half so as not to overfill the cooking pot. It also has a recipe for homemade yogurt which works brilliantly! It holds the temperature exactly during the incubation process so my yogurt comes out perfect. Saves money and eliminates plastic container waste. This cookbook is great for Instant Pot beginners and experienced cooks. Highly recommend.

Our first cookbook purchase after finally getting an InstaPot! Great recipes - easy and full of flavor. My husband made the carnitas and potato and corn soup. Both were excellent!

Get this cookbook if you want to figure out how to use the Instant Pot. Good as a starter cookbook and figuring out what types of food can be made with this pot.
I bought this book to go along with the Instant Pot/air fryer combo I got for my son and his girlfriend. I’m hoping it’ll encourage a desire for them to learn to cook together and eat more meals at home. The recipes look great and the instructions are detailed enough for 20 year olds...lol
This is a gourmet cookbook! Not for a beginner, but well worth the investment IF you love to cook
I selected an Instant Pot for a bridal shower gift for my nephew and his fiancé off their gift registry. They were very happy with the Instant Pot and my nephew was earmarking the pages in the cookbook with all the recipes he wanted to try. At the time he was into the soups.
The wife was not sure exactly how long to cook certain items. This book helped. The book contained more uses for using the pot.
