This SPAM cookbook is "THE BOMB"! WOW! There are so many recipes I want to try out of this amazing book. The book arrived super fast and was packaged very securely. I have been a SPAM eater since I was little. It has been a staple in my family for generations. Although now it really isn't the "COST-EFFECTIVE" consumable it used to be, it is still a versatile, great-tasting, easy-to-cook item it has always been. Beautiful full color photographs for every recipe. Easy to read text and recipe ingredients lists. Many easy and quick to make recipes with common ingredients. I was surprised to find an interesting collection of international recipes calling for ingredients particular for that country’s special combinations of Tastes.
